It is not a traditional wedding dance but a routine taken from a comedian. Look up "Evolution of Dance".... a comedian did this bit and it now has about 20 million views. A bunch of wedding couples have ripped off whole/parts of his act for his wedding dance.

how are they silly? they are probably professionals paid by the bride and groom to take pictures, and no doubt the bride would have wanted great pictures of the dance
