Olá Christian Fajardo tudo bem. Não aparece pra mim a placa de rede no Factory talk linx, aparece apenas o Backplane. Tive que ir em WHO ACTIVE no STUDIO 5000 e entâo adicionei o DRIVE ETHERNET e em CONFIGURE DRIVERS em ADVANCED selecionei a placa de rede com meu respectivo endereço IP, e em GENERAL voçê configurou DISCOVERY METHOD para LOCAL BROADCAST ou REMOTE BROADCAST ou foi em DEVICE LIST / RANGE . Tentei de todas as formas a configuração porém não aparece a minha placa rede no drive ethernet. Poderia por favor me tirar essa duvida. Desde já, Muito Obrigado.
Hola Christian, en factory talk linx tienes que ir a configuracion de driver -> LOCAL BROADCAST, luego te pones en la pestana de ADVANCED y accionas la casilla que dice "Listen on Ethernet/IP Encapsulation Ports". Tambien me encontraba en tu mismo problema.
@@engenheirofernandoeletrici3615 incluso lo pude conectar a un HMI virtual Proface (con WinGP) porque habilita la comunicacion CIP en Emulate. Tal vez incluso pudiera funcionar con un HMI externo. Pero no se puede conectar a dispositivos Ethernet/IP por limitaciones del Logix Emulate.
Hello, as you configure the rslixbrowser so that you can make the connection with the FIO, I only see the yellow question symbol, and I have not managed to connect with the FIO
Please you can help me. My factory linx browser do not show me ip adress on the EtherNet adapter. Just stay loading and not show nothing. My softwares versions is the same as you use. Thanks.

Hi, Could you upload this project,please? I have everything done the same but in I O Factory PLC is detected but all inputs and outputs are wrong ‘Tag BOOL_IN_0 does not exist’ Or could you explain how to create tags to be seen in IO Factory. I use the same Software versions Studio 5000 Logix Designer - v32 Studio 5000 Logix Emulate - v32 FactoryTalk Linx - v6.11.00 Factory I/O - Ultimate edition (trial) v2.4.3 thanks
How is it that you are able to have an ip address associated with the emulated plc? Is it running on a separate machine? I can create a new ethernet driver in factory talk linx but the plc will only come up under the backplabe. I have tried also running the factory talk linx admin control panel to create a shortcut but this also has not worked for me.
@@Theforumsguy Emulate has an IP address even when running within your machine. You can find it with RS Linx or Factory Talk. Check my tutorial for more details.
