SC is increasingly trespassing the boundaries of the other constitutional pillars - executive & legislative. They are not only interpreting the constitution but are changing the constitution and the laws passed by the parliament. They have practically taken over the executive side completely. Any action of the govt lands in the SC and problem is the judges seen to be too glad to hear them. They behave like: I am the monarch of all I survey, there is none to question me. Is this the result of the "inbreeding" and corruption in the selection of the judges that their standards have come down?
