I've never heard of this song before from PTX. I thought this song was African-influenced, I thought they were saying "amma mawee, amma mawee..." and reminded me of Lion King's Circle of Life. Only near the end of the song did I realize they were saying "I'm on my way" and probably is not meant to be African sounding...
Yep, ever so slightly. No worries, though, Mitch handled the notes like a champ. I used to sing in a group that'd often do a cappella and vocal flexibility kept it from being a problem. Usually it was nerves that caused anyone to go sharp.
