Bringing the elbows together is exhausting and barely generates any pressure. Bringing the elbows away from each other and pulling the shoulder back should be more powerful
Not a takedown that was just shameful:first off WHERES your hips buddy second off that guy still has his hand/forearm on your side and can still gain side control you are just flopping over like a fish on your side square your hips please that’s a disgusting joke of a hip toss at best
I will say this forever and always jiu jitsu guys just can’t execute takedowns doesn’t matter if you can break all the bones in your opponents body from your little sitting on your ass position the day I see a jiu jitsu man or woman take a decent shot on someone other then another jiu jitsu guy or girl I’ll cease the preaching
