I don't know why, but when I became a cepcut template creator, the 'creation rewards tab' was already there. Anyway, if you can open your capcut template creator program on the upper right corner, there is a "?" Button near the settings button, you click the "?" Button and on the lower part of the screen, you can see the "Submit a question." You can ask for support directly from the capcut team.
