I remember my husband surprised me with tickets for this concert the same day I was offered a job after 21 years of being a stay at home mum. Guess I was definitely more excited about the concert! It was such a hot day and the concert was of course fantastic!!
I finally found the DVD of the concert! Only thing it is missing is the segment with the Shadows or Hank at least. I’ve seen snippets of that segment…wonder why it wasn’t placed on the official DVD?

Many risk being banned on YT because of copyright and so we should all be grateful and happy about every video of Cliff and the Shadows❤👍 So buy the DVD if you want to see the complete concert
it was a wonderful evening. I went on the Saturday night. It was just after Hillsborough and Gerry and the Pacemakers were there, the whole stadium sang "You will never walk alone” - very emotional. Cliff was fabulous.
