I totally agree, they stick together and don't report each other when they are wrong. NPD is a problem in the police force and it needs to be changed ASAP.
Are student officers allowed to do this as I understand they don't have powers until they complete training and are attested in NI they have STUDENT OFFICER ON their warrant/ID card if that guy had completed training and was out with their tutor find but I wonder how he got that far
