I just finished Ashes of Man and I'm still processing everything. I can't yet tell if Kingdoms of Death or this book had the larger emotional shock. Also, I just started Canticle for Liebowitz (a book I'd never heard of) based on your recommendation.
@@rashed434 It's right on the tail end of its print run, not many copies left, so Amazon may be out. They are planning to reprint everything in time for book 7, but 2 and 3 JUST came out, so they need to give them some space.
Saw you and Ryan at the first one in Southlake. It was wonderful to met you two plus bonus of meeting Mike, I chuckled a bit when in an earlier video you mentioned a you were going to do a signing at Half Priced Books and thought it would be a low key event. You are a great writer and there are lots of us who enjoy Suneater!
I already have three sets of The Sun Eater ( UK mmp's,the new US trade paperback and the original US hardcovers ) ,soon to be four with the diamond edition, did I buy the Broken Binding edition, you bet I did😁.I'm happy for you Sir,you deserve all the success you now have, can't wait for the final book 😅.
Congradulations on your huge success with the BB and with all your signings 🎉 you deserve it 👏🏼 and now your wife deserves a very lavish and fancy dinner date .. maybe? 😅 either way thanks for the update 🌸
Can wait for the edition of The Murdered Sun! HD Daimond edition will be so elegant, personally my favorite in the series so far. In the Broken Binding art he is depicted with asian features, was that more of the artist choice? I prefer the version of the Baen hardback he looks more difficult to point out his ethnicity.
I absolutely love your books. The Sun Eater series quickly made it to my list of favorites, and at this point, I’m not sure if it isn’t at the very top. My only regret is that in Poland, only two volumes have been translated so far.
Would love for you to come to the UK once book 7 is done for a meet/signing. But I know that with a small person that’s likely to be difficult, so keep on writing! I was lucky enough to get a Broken Binding set and I can’t wait for them to arrive! ❤Thank you for all that you do. x
I haven't read any of you books yet, but I just picked up the Broken Binding editions, so I am looking forward to it a lot. Hope to meet you if you swing by Copenhagen at some point.
Well deserved success! I devoured “Disquiet Gods” as soon as it came out, and I’m feeling anxious for The End! Can’t wait to see what you keep putting out, even after Hadrian’s time is done. I’ll be ready for it 🤘
I recently watched your interview with Mike. Thank you for recommending two of your favorite book series. It would be fantastic if you could tell us your top ten list of favorite books. Also, well deserved success of the Sun Eater series. Godspeed.
If you ever plan on coming to Southern California let us know! I'd love to come with my friends who are also reading Sun Eater. Can't wait for Shadows Upon Time!
So glad I was able to get a set from broken binding. Just finished queen amid ashes and holy smokes did I love it. Thank you so much for this amazing series.
Are these 3 cards all from Empire Of Silence or all the books? Just asking so I don’t spoil myself as I have only read empire and lesser devil so far.im guessing the more you make they will be from other books ?
They are technically from Howling Dark, actually, but the cards themselves aren't really spoilers. Maybe don't read the lore pages until you catch up, though.
Will there ever be a chance to buy specific cards or full sets directly from your website? Love the idea of art cards, but would love to just buy the cards I want
Oh yes! This is wonderful! *Exonyms* thank you! 🎉 Mithrandir even has "Stormcrow" as a pejorative (?) by some guy named Wormtongue, and Kal-El, or even the worldbuilding history events: like people then didn't self reference this "tough world War II we're having!" Or not beinng familiar at first with "Jedi" in Mando. Kinda the equivalent of the "lazy" screenwriter's exposition shorthand of "how long have we known each other" or the rule of "no adverbs" especially for new writers because it's tough to pull off. Oh, verisimilitude?
