is pretty impressive and a big help because is such a cool move and But you dont think having well round flexibility should be before the main goal? Because of the angle i think i need more shoulder extension which is acchievable, but it some threads like reddit they say having full pancake and pike mobility is a must...and those moves are hard, i have almost a full pike but uff...pancake... so you think i can work whitout those prerequisites?
The time it takes to reach the next level can vary for each person. In any case, it's a process that requires time and consistent practice. Just do the exercises and comment here on how long each stage took for you.
@@sajjadtaheri1999 currently i'm just doing sets of tuck V-sits, trying to get used to the position as much as possible, but i woundn't really be able to tell my real level since whenever i try the V-sit, it's not perpendiculaire to the ground but it has a little bit of an angle.

Also my friend you should condense this video into a short, it would help you get more exposure if you have shorts popping up on people’s caisthenics feed. The minimal style with the text and the light music without voice over is a very nice easy format to consume, in my opinion.
