How often does a officer need to calibrate their Radar Gun? If I have proof 3 cars where going faster than me, which were ahead of me and that he might of gotten their speed instead of mine? I have video proof? He clocked me at 90 , when I saw him I was 85 and slowed down to 70. He was hiding behind the mountain on top of a hill. He was also moving when I saw him that could add miles to the radar gun speed. Using google maps and the video I calculate I was going 80-85 .
I recently went to a local target the other day and bought somethings but forgot about the other things in my cart and bags. They stopped me and took me back in the store to fill out paperwork and hold a paper with phot saying your banned from the two local targets in that city for a year. The items were only $42 dollars that day but other times you were never caught or stopped. I know per my state that a person shouldn't be charged no less that $50 or two or three times the amount of goods or could be imprisoned. Since the items they took back were $42 do I have anything to worry about since it's only a year ban... or can they join forces with other targets in state for video evidence to charge me more? 😢
employers can always give you their typical default line: "resume looks great, we'll get back to you".........or........."I'm sorry, the position has been filled"
They can truspass only at the one location different store different County, they would a temporary Restraining order or court order from the Corporate in a cilvi matter cilvi lawsuit so what comes to my mind
I’m a nonviolent, drug offender. I went to prison for transportation of sales. I just wanna get my gun rights back. Should I just apply for the pardon or do I need to do the rehabilitation from the DA? My crime was in California
I have 2 DUIs, 4 years apart. Recent one in 2019. Ive completed everything and payed off everything from the 1st DUI. And ive completed everything they've asked me to do but have NOT yet payed off everything/court fines from 2nd DUI. Where do i go from here as far as expungement goes..
The number of people in these comments that don't understand what is being said is sad. He's talking about undercover investigations. These people were doing something like selling drugs and asked the undercover cop if they were a cop and the cop responded with a lie. Criminals are stupid and believe myths like a cop has to tell you they are cop or they can't bust you.
I have some questions. Someone I love got a DUI. The police lied about his character and said he was "acting like an A-hole" and that wasn't true because I was there and he was perfectly compliant, polite and professional throughout the whole thing, field sobriety test, etc. and they also never told him what his BAC was, and they did not test him a second time when they took him to the police station. What to do about that?
they are talking about undercover work. They'll say they aren't a cop and then you'll sell them the drugs then they'll tell you they are a cop while cuffing you.
Undercover cop walks up to a street dealer and asks to buy heroin. The street dealer asks "are you a cop?" Do you think they should say "Yes, I am a cop please sell me that heroin"? Of course not.
*So, we are supposedly suppose to believe a person is a police officer without them providing all of their information but you expect us to provide our information. lol I call bull sht. No wonder people hate the police, what a fracking crock of sht.*
