My yellow in stoped working, only comes out really light almost see through, what could be the issue? I have my temps and humidity all in the right spot
I am waiting to get the digital factory program and put the ink in already, dont know how long its going to take to get it. I have been shaking the table that the printer is sitting on everyday hoping that will help to keep it from getting clogged.
hello I tried this with a syringe instead of a pump to check if it actually works, but it sucks only air instead of cleaning the solution from my carts. Any ideas??
figured it out :) also i have a pump but my yellow channel is still clogged (I pumped like 0.5 l of solution through cartriges and pump.. and is still clogged) help :D
Good afternoon Sir You’re doing an amazing Work Keep going ✌🏽 I just brought an epsonx15000 I actually im trying to convert it but i poured out all the sublimation ink which was inside the cartridge now i can’t refill the cartridge, the bag is close Please what i can do to fix it !?
Were you using the factory tanks? If so. You’ll have to remove them and add a ciss system. Reason is because it’s almost impossible to get the tank back full clean. There’s videos on here that can walk you through the process.
Everyone has a different budget, and these are made and tested individually. Sold many and solved many issues, no one complaints about something that solves their issues and is reusable. This helps with prolonging your printheads lifespand, I think is worth it. Is a priority thing I guess.
I have this printer. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!! The amount of issues is unreal, with media sensor errors and blocked lines (white obviously).Light magenta and light cyan have been discontinued and now I have to buy cleaning solution for these slots which depletes as quickly if not quicker than the regular ink, so money for nothing. And when it does work the sheer number of head cleanings and nozzle checks and further head cleanings you need to do will drive you insane. I reckon 90% of the ink is used on head cleanings. Thank you TheMagicTouch UK for this pile of sh1te.
Finally.....someone who speaks the truth about the "after purchase" customer "support" and the companies who do wrong by selling sub par components. Thank you for this video.
i just got a new printer and am trying to start my promotional product business. I believe I am having a problem with the software I am not sure I haven't even printed one thing yet and not sure why it wont print. I have printed a test page but the color looks more red that black on the test page not sure if that is normal. Do you have any videos/advice on the software end of things in getting setup for the first time so I can start printing my products? I just need sum help. Can you assist
I made the worst mistake by letting my printer sit for a long while. (I got very sick and could not use it) I brought new dampers and doing a deep print head cleaning. Can you offer any suggestions.
Thank you Alex, I have 2 questions if you don't mind... 1. So after we remove the white ink from the two dumpers and inject the cleaning solution and leave it there for the next print, when we want to print we should run a head clean with this solution and how about the white ink already exist on stirring system ?! 2. Would you please share the height of tray out bed , and the size of waste ink tube. Thank you again
Hello Alex, thank you for the informative video. Where do you purchase your printheads? I have a few extra items for that printer if you need them. Thanks again.
