Lol, that is pretty pricey for the Philippines, Gio 😆 hahaha, but I would say rent do not buy rent it out I see people buying this type of places on youtube they can not re-sell it its over priced they have a hard time selling it back. Rent Rent Rent is all I got to say ten years ago was a great investment because they were only selling it at a modest 100k dollars it is mostly rented today. Bad investment unless you have extra money to spare around.
Everywhere you go in the world there’s a scammers , legit or illegal business ,you’ll be scams in so many different ways, hidden or showing these businesses have or they think they have all rights to do business which is true BUT there’s a scams no matter what kind of business, in most areas are about condos , this is very common to scam anyone, beware of all scammers everywhere!!
