Hello! How do you setup the vacuum used for releasing epoxy?

How does it cut the wire? sharp edge? Doesn't it wear out? I am looking for heavy wire bonder, 0.6mm.

The wire is terminated by the clamps pulling on the wire after the second bond. Maximum wire diameter for this machine 75um.
