So self harming/pain actually releases the same chemicals that are released to control/regulate emotions, with the alternatives to self harming they are somewhat a form of self harm but healthier options of self harm and most are to ‘shock’ the body
So commenting to say that it’s not only unethical but illegal to diagnose someone who isn’t your client, they can suggest the person may have something and suggest to their client if they are with the person talked about that the person talked about should get or look into getting therapy Hopefully that makes sense
I’ve been dealing with the exact same symptoms for over a year with no diagnoses. I’m curious as to which medications they prescribed for the heart specifically. Thanks for putting this out!
