I have recently purchased ultratech cement but the condition of the cement may goes to bad within 10 days I have purchased both of opc and ppc cements Iam an earlier customer with ultratech cement but this experience was horible . I have reported it to autharised dealer of ultratech ST MARY'S CEMENT CENTER ETTUMANOOR 686631 .Then they will arange a technical support for us but the technical guy was told me to that ultratech did not provide any replacement for there products . He will be analised at on site he was also knows that the cement was expired But both of them will be make a hide and seek infront of me And also the speciality of those products not have a maximum retail price and expiery date it also not readeble for customers who have bought those products I have used around 500 pckts of opc and ppc cements This whole products have a speciality of NO EXPIERY AND MRP Now i can explain what is the issue i have caused I have purchased it on 26/09/2024 i have stock it inside of bulding with maximum protection they told in the whole advertisement There is no possibility to contacts with moisture. But now a days the labours told me to that the cement is not going good it may have some block particles inside of each and every packets they opened And also the #ULTRATECH CEMENT not have show the previous quality of there products... I told it to the shop and technical team and sales manager Just think that loss of 1 bag per cement it's average 1 kg its a small amount now i have lostes 30 kg cement average useless The labours may used some packets of cement. i don't no what is the condition may have after some years As a valuable customer i have said that ultratech not provide any type of further assistance after sale . This may keep going in this same condition for future the sales of ultratech cement may differ from this stage Pls take care customers of ultratech Pls unsure that your receved cement property is genuine and it's in good condition to use... Pls think ultratech dont make us a fool. Your technical team will told me to that on yesterday we can arange replacement . Now they told me to that ultratech is did not provide replacement not done in 3 months They can easily take a batch test or product chemical analysis like that So you can easily define what is the problem may occurs Now its not a bag of cement issue ..... its a trust issue with ultratech and the dealer.... #ultratech cement My complaint no is 58500
