i think i can explain it to you on here first and you can try! go to you profile “我的淘宝” and scroll down to 跨境物流 and click ”待集运” you might be able to find your items at the customs waiting to pay for delivery fee! let me know if this helps😊

i use taobao direct sea shipping which is through Cainiao and usually takes 3 weeks!! maybe you can give that a try 😊

Maybe try rinsing your mouth with warm water with salt to help it heal. It will take a few days but keep rinsing.
