Sony forced them to cut content because the game was supposed to be bigger and better than it is right now. Because I feel like dlc was never the main focus but maybe intertwining carnage and chameleon in the main story and probably re adding features in updates. But that’s probably all dead now. Damn
Part of me believes theyre gonna recoup thier losses with the PC port and THEN put out the DLC for both platforms. But honestly just get someone else. Bryan Intahar working on the first game was a fluke. His interviews shows he clearly was not focused on the right shit for SM2

I mean it's not like you guys aren't buying games on sale all the time. It doesn't need DLC it was a long game with a full story. I didn't particularly enjoy that story but it was there I got what I paid for.
It's not going to surprise me if the devs do what Santa Monica did with that GOWR DLC....they haven't said no to adding in suits....considering we have the Pro update in November as well....am I still hopeful for story content.. Even though they have nothing planned at the moment? A little bit....heck I'd even pay actual cash just for some content....

While there were some crazies that were harassing the company, a good chunk of the fan base didn’t do that and we deserved some basic communication and not going radio silent for a whole year

Obviously, I can’t lie, we all thought it was going to come eventually, but if y’all really thought we would get DLC and still watched the videos with the clickbait titles and Ai generated thumbnails + waiting for any PlayStation event expecting for DLC, it should’ve been obvious we weren’t getting anything. I even agree we don’t deserve anything. And, Sony shouldn’t have rushed the game for a 2023 release. They should’ve let Insomniac cook.
Yeah, they should’ve let Insomniac cook so they could add more things into the game that have nothing to do with Spider-Man like bikes, bees, basketball, carnival games, graffiti, MJ, gays, Superman 64 like drones, etc.
I do agree we don’t deserve dlc after all the hate this game got, and it is way to late for any dlc anyways, also I think the venom game wold most likely have carnage as the main villain it makes the most sense, also it might have riot or any other violins of venom as side quests.
Plenty of stuff is coming out in 2025 the final season of stranger things, the next captain America movie, invincible, and plenty more stuff. They just chose now to release teasers, and teasers invincible now, and probably stranger things on November 6 because of stranger things day according to what I’ve heard from videos talking about stranger things updates.

Yes, it was weak. But the frat party was to tell us what happens to Kyler and Bruggs after the show ends. And we know that Aisha went to UC Santa Cruz (a first-rate party school). The split between Hawk and Demitri came out of nowhere. There should have been some foreshadowing. The Miyagi chest seemd like a ploy to make us await the positive resolution that we already know will come. Sean turning Kenny around was also too easy and not believable. The best part was Tory's appearance at the tournament. She looked dead inside, which is what she was feeling.
