@@MicroCareLLC Just saw this reply - the nerd in my is excited you commented back XD The company I work for loves your Veri-Clean, and so do I. Especially with the handheld sprayer attachment! One this I'd like to comment on is that it'd be SUPER cool if you made them with rubber bumpers on the head. They can only handle a couple 5 foot drops (which is going to happen as we have them mounted at all of our soldering lines) and then they're no good because they crack so easy.

​@@MicroCareLLC I've been thinking about a possible solution (it's what I do). Many manufacturers now have 3D printers for a variety of reasons. Your team could design a backwards-compatible 3D-printed bumper for the spray handle attachments using a flexible material like TPU. This could easily fit over the existing handheld sprayer design and provide additional protection. You could create a profit by selling the 3D model, or you could include it as a value-added feature with the attachments. Customers could then personalize their sprayers by printing the bumpers in various colors or styles!

When the soil level gets to a pre-described level, the customer conducts a boildown to minimize the amount of dirty solvent to be changed out of the system. @@MicroCareLLC Ok I checked the SDS of that Tergo cleaning fluid. so yes it is mild toxic ... it contains trans-1,2-DICHLOROETHYLENE which is highly flammable by itself but maybe the solution has mixed it with other chemical to become nonflammable?

Its approx 95% ethanol and 5% water by volume .the decrease in boiling point is due to their positive deviation from ideal behaviour increase in vapour pressure results in lower boiling point than calculated.
