Hi , I have two offer 1). two level up post from current + 30% hike but relocate required + no bus + no mediclaim. 2). one level up post from current + 25% hike or 5% after 6 month but near by the home + bus + mediclaim but little charge. condition is this increment is near by or this hike will be applicable is on current salary , so what should i choose the offer

@@jaik2201 if you have opted for Sodexo card then your company will credit a certain amount to your card which will be debited from your salary for tax saving purpose. It's your money given to you in this card
Sodexo is beneficial to save tax. You should know how to use. In their site they publish shop list, city wise. Or just ask your office colleagues, theyll enlighten you 😅
What a pathetic incident you are narrating. First you should check in which shops it is accepted & then visit those shops rather than making a sorry situation for yourself at the D Mart. Also your conclusion of entire video could have been understood by just reading the terms and conditions of meal pass.
For the ppl in 30% tax bracket - the annual 24000rs meal voucher is a better option. To get that same amount in salary- one will lose 7200rs as tax. Sodexo is a good option as you can utilise it considering you get to spend it on Zomato, swiggy, McDonald's, Domino's, pizza hut, tata Star bazaar etc.

Hi, I recently received my Sodexo card. Trying to figure where in the Zeta app will I be able to view the amount deducted from the salary slip? How do I confirm if the same amount is added to the card?Do help, thanks
@@nsundu123 There is no compulsion to spend the amount in one month only, you can spend it when you want to. I have dis continued my sodexo card but I am using it as I have funds in it.
I have declared some amount in my Sodexo card, can I apply for reimbursement for the money I have used from the card???? What is the actual use of this card?
Sodexo card is for tax saving purpose. No reimbursement for the money you have spent. People use it to buy grocery or at eateries where this card is accepted.
