I shower or take a bath once or twice a week. However i fully clean my rear every time i go #2. I used to shower 2 3 times a day everyday. But i began to understand that for me i enjoy my natural pheromones and I don't have anyone complaining at work and usually people tell me i smell nice because i still wear fragrances.

There is no 92 minerals in Seamoss.. Thats just a marketing myth... Seamoss does contain all the nutrients you mentioned and does everything you said.. You can't claim something has 92 minerals and don't know what those minerals are, how do you know if there isn't 99 minerals?
About 10 years ago, the one that burned my face was the Nubian Heritage African Black Soap. I am retrying the Shea Moisture one (these used to be 8 oz, now they’re 3.5 oz). I actually went to the beauty shop and grabbed Taha African Black Soap paste and it’s my favourite so far.
