Come learn about All Things Los Angeles! I have a real estate sales and content team here in the greater Los Angeles area and on this channel I'm talking about all things LA
Darren, the problem with buying in this area is whenever those 70+ year old homes go on the market, a developer comes in with an above market cash offer to buy it. Then they knock it down and build a new home to sell for $2.5M. So a middle class buyer has no chance. You should also highlight Castle Heights and Cheviot Hills on the Westside.
The SF valley is over populated now and overwhelmed with homeless people. I would like to build an area were black owned businesses can thrive and have affordable clean and safe housing for the undeserved.😢🎉
Thanks Darren, I’m 23, I make around 225K a year right now and I’ve always wondered if I made enough to move to LA I’ve been wanting to move there for awhile and i’m confident it has that boom I need
As someone who lives in Venice beach I don’t see any evidence this cat knows what he’s talking about. Clearly a single dude describing his life, not applicable to anyone else
Concerts in the park, free. Grandfathered gym membership is $49 a year. Grandfathered house payment and property tax $1500. Still get market rate salary on top of that. Car is paid off and I work from home so may not even need a car but nice to have one in LA.
Nobody needs a tesla Darren. There are Farrr better cars than that ***. A TOYOTA or if someone wants to convince themself that electric is the route then NISSAN, GM heck HYUNDAI are much better propositions!!
