Wow Just found out UFC2 was they day before I was born. I gonestly thought I was older than ufc because I didn't remember seeing it or anything like it until the early 2000s but that probably has something to do with being a child. Lol. I remeber I got a ufc VHS when I was a kid thinking it was real life bloodshot and at that time it borderline was. Lol. Still had the old logo on it, didn't really like it much as a kid because I was into wwf and in comparison it was very slow and boring to a 7 year old stone cold nerd. 😂
Joe really helped palate the sport for Americans. Without his recognition of the specifics of martial arts, most people would have no idea what we were watching. Before that it was recognized as a barbaric sport. Joe Rogan and UFC are synonymous to me at this point. I hate watching when he isn’t commentating.
