Hello, thank you for the comment. We are not actually from Russia, we are form Estonia. But the weather here also gets to -20 to -30 degrees. I usually use 10w40 during winter and 15w40 in the summer and usually buy whatever brand is on sale at the time. For tires i have 33" AT
