❤ Thank you very much for your brief and to the point demonstration and short explanation! I could follow along and the OS progress status is running and should be ready in several minutes, just like you said. Best regards from Victor from The Netherlands.
I have a gen 3 and it is great for watching movies. The latency is fine for games if you place the projector in the ideal location and don’t use keystone adjustments. I have to rely on keystone since my projector placement is too high. The latency added by keystone adjustment is too large for me to enjoy playing a game.
@@FPLCITS I feel like the differences are very small on paper. I have not tried it in person so I can't give you a good recommendation based on my experience
There is new option to have function called "Temp. Display from External Sensor" basically you can use another external sensor (most probably only Sonoff ZigBee - need to test), to get better efficiency of room heating. Sonoff TRV FW 1.2.1, Ewelink app version 5.10.0
using a NO-valve for such a device is in my opinion a major design flaw, as you said: batteries too low in energy ->> not enough power to close the valve again. Murphy‘s law: it happens exactly during your family is travelling for holidays, what a mess!
on 3:12 you are choosing a template. On top of the screen life/organize, lines and portrait are overlaying each other. this has happened to me too now. Any idea how to get rid of it?
Hello, is mt2 compatible with dji osmo action 4? Can it control the gimbal with bt, wifi or cable? They don't mention it in every video. Which of the M6 or MT2 gimbals is sufficient with the DJI osmo action 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE phone? Is the MT2 unnecessary?
@@Fatih37sCarDetailingTR I'm sorry but I don't have one to try. You'll 100% be able to mount and stabilise the image but the BT controls... You'll have to reach out to their support
if you think this is bad, try putting together, the ICUBE SMART 16x16x16 !, it will terrify you !, depress you, anger you, despair you !, IVE MADE ONE, and i cannot remember a more " shock to the system" than that!
@@notenoughtech 256x 16 !, thats how many leds you have to solder ( just over 4,000), then check every one ( thats where the real fun part begins)!, checking every single solderd joint!
Hi Matt. I am attempting this but my Node-Red instance is running on FlowFuse, and getting this error below, is that due to it being hosted and is there a work around? Error in Node-Red Log : "Not registering device because IPs are the same."
Hello, Thanks for the video, I have some questions below if you can advise. 1 - If I have a device to purchase and it has Tuya logo on it, before the purchase and adding it to the Tuya clould , how would I know the list of API's for that device ? Whether it is suitable for my intended need or not .. 2- Is Tuya cloud API only to read information published by the device or it can call API's on device to instruct it to do some operation only. In other words Is touya api read only api's or they can send the commands to device too.. thank you
1:12 Action Wait and Action Reports are pretty useful. For example if you want to run two or more different Tasks for an event/state and you want one Task need to be finished and get the output before you start running the second Task you can create something like this for the second action to wait. So the Action Wait Task look like ========================================= Task: AT Action Wait A1: Flash [ Text: Wait Started Continue Task Immediately: On Dismiss On Click: On ] A2: AutoTools Action Wait [ Configuration: IMPORTANT: this wait will always time out if tested manually in a Task. Because of the way Tasker works, events won't trigger when a Task is being manually tested, so there's no way you can run the 'Action Report' Tasker action in a different task in this situation. You can only use this in a real, 'non-testing' situation. Request Id: YourActionID Variables: atreported Last Variable Array: true Timeout (Seconds): 60 Structure Output (JSON, etc): On ] A3: Flash [ Text: Wait Ends Continue Task Immediately: On Dismiss On Click: On ] A4: Flash [ Text: Result from Action Report : %atreported() Continue Task Immediately: On Dismiss On Click: On ] =================================================== This task will wait for the Request Id named "YourActionID" from the Action Report from another task. Action Report Task will look like ================================================ Task: AT Action Report A1: Flash [ Text: Do something Continue Task Immediately: On Dismiss On Click: On ] A2: AutoTools Action Report [ Configuration: Request Id: YourActionID Report Data: hello world Separator: , Timeout (Seconds): 60 Structure Output (JSON, etc): On ] =================================================== Now if you first run this Action Wait Task it will not go past the A2 until the Action Report Task Runs and finishes the second Action. So the Action Report will send the Request Id and report data as hello world. Once it does that it will finish the Action Wait Action and continue further then it will alert "Result from Action Report : hello world" using the Action Wait Task.
That will be a lot of AA batteries to change regularly. Also, is there some integration with a device to act as a room thermostat (just to control the boiler)? I'm sceptical about the app you are showing as well. I'd like for my heating system to work even if a server in China stops working.
@@patrikfloding7985 batteries would last a season (depending obviously on number of daily actuations). I this is zigbee so with local controls servers aren't that crucial. The app uses local lan to speak to the hub and technically they do have servers in each region so you aren't really using "Chinese based infrastructure" for this.
@@notenoughtech I don't want to depend on any server anywhere. China was just an example. I had no broadband for several days recently (very poor IP provider), and guess how much stopped working? (IoT is a stupid concept.)
@@patrikfloding7985 you will depend on a server regardless. If you do it yourself you'll depend on that. In most cases the downtime of home automation made DIY is significantly longer then established ecosystems due to fail overs in place
@@notenoughtech I've had RPi's chugging away for years with no issues. And if the internet goes down it doesn't affect them. A dedicated RPi would be my preferred choice. But even better a simple console that is part of a supplied system, that's just 100% local. (They can use a RPi or whatever in it.) Defvelopment is simply going in the wrong direction now, with moving GUIs into phones, for example. A few Android versions later, and some abandoned app, and you are stuffed.
I'd stay away from any vacuum from switchbot. I've an S10 for the last 3 months and it's been one problem after another. Latest firmware update has destroyed it. Keeps dropping WiFi. Can't get it to clean or map . Tech support will not respond to my support tickets. Avoid.
@@dolanspirit probably obvious question but have you tried factory reset of your bot and clearing your app? I had one period of time long time ago when the other switchbot was reporting back as offline but app installation fixed that for me.
@@雪アンアン it's a software protected circuit. Its significantly slower than dedicated hardware one. It will stop overload but not at the same speeds which may cause the damage to the device. Would likely prevent fires etc
Yup I love raspberryPI the orangePI the key board ones like the raspberryPI 400 and the orangePI800 like I started buying all kinds of these Linux boards even those controller boards like I use them so much that there like took all my main computers like this things are so powerful that they are my main desktops like they full blown PC to me I do all my developing and gaming on these things im even building a super server out of those big as racks you buy with the fans on it freaking awesome dude 😎
It's nice to see how people use these to learn more and deepen the understanding of their passions so they can take it to the next level. Well done going bigger and bolder
A few tips: 1. Try to improve ur editing im not saying ur editing is bad but anything can be improved, you know what im saying 😅 2. Add some more loudness to your voice 🫨 Other than that you're alright 😆 If you got famous don't forget my name 😂 jk And btw you got a new subscriber 😝
Looking at the official website, the device supports node red and home bridge so it should work with most hubs, including home assistant out of the box
I haven't seen that much improvement to be fair, I could argue there is a change in quality but considering projector settings etc... it's not a massive thing
