Pode ser apenas coincidência, mas a progressão harmônica é a mesma (claro, milhares de músicas são assim e realmente não quer dizer muita coisa) e a melodia é muito parecida.
Confira-se também ''Butterfly Queen' o álbum de 1980 dos britânicos Canis Major, logo no primeiro tema, que dá título ao álbum. Poderão dizer-me que o ritmo é diferente, que as inflexões da vocalista são diferentes ( claro, não roubam e não misturam os estilos de Noddy Holder, David Johansen e Marc Bolan). e que até mesmo as partes que soam idênticas estão separadas neste mesmo original, dando azo a um caso de ''eventual' plágio parcial. Isso se repete, sempre, de forma consciente ou não. Quando apontado, obviamente ninguém admite para não perder money. Os fanboys entram na onda jurando que os caras não são picaretas e etc, mas muitas vezes não se trata nem de molecagem... Não seria surpresa que os caras do Guns tivessem ouvido várias coisas em anos anteriores se deixado influenciar na hora da composição. O Rod Stwart alegou isso com a "Taj Mahal", do Jorge Ben, depois de passar pelo carnaval do Brasil no mesmo ano. Nesse caso, ainda pior, pois a música do Jorge Ben estava rolando nas rádios por aqui e o single do Rod foi no mesmo ano. Ele admitiu o plágio, mas disse que não trabalhou em cima da música, com intencionalidade de usá-la para fazer outra coisa, etc. Ele basicamente ficou com aquilo na cabeça e, segundo ele, acabou se influenciando em seu novo álbum. Parece ser algo possível de acontecer quando a banda plagiada é desconhecida naquele país - embora assim também fosse mais fácil "esconder" o plágio. Eu imagino o que pode haver de parecido vindo de todas as partes do mundo... seria algo surpreendente... Não duvido que seja o caso do Guns e desses 2 sons - já que Sweet Child O' Mine tem um pouco das duas músicas que, entre elas (a do OZ Crawl e dessa outra banda), não são parecidas ao ponto de plágio. Esse álbum dessa outra banda eu desconhecia (a concepção me lembra uma espécie de "prog new wave" (com esse vocal parecido com a do The Go-Go's kkkk), mas também é possível que dentro da própria gravadora essas "sugestões" apareçam em conversas que jamais seriam provadas. Enfim... o OZ Crawl, ao que parece, jamais reivindicou nada, mas nada se equipara ao Led Zeppelin em termos de plágio haha Aí era consciente, pensado, sem cerimônia. Há quem defenda... mas é outra questão.
@@almanegra2k aprendam a diferença entre uma melodia igual (sequencia de varias notas), como o caso ddo taj mahal, e progressão de acordes igual, que é o caso aqui. existem apenas 24 acordes basicos na música ocidental, que funcionam apenas em certas progressões. Alegar plagio por progressões iguais é absurdo.
As an aside, George Michael 'Faith' came out a little after The Cure 'Head on the Door' - I imagine it was an accident or a sneaky producer. It happens all the time.
First of all peace and love to all - two great bands. Now let me see....listening to the first half of each song you wouldn't think much, but go to the coda with guitar breaks and it looks like it could have been (maybe accidental) plagiarism. It happens all the time when a good band gets a song down and then realise there were other songs that had influenced it. However.... Both the verses and choruses having the same chords and beat with lilting melody and then the coda in a modulated key with again a similar feel... hmm. It sounds almost like "Hey boys I wrote something and realised later it was really similar to that song we heard from those guys the other day" [GnR run through it in their style and realise it really suits their sound, they need a big mass appeal hit to break into MTV and this could be it.] One of them says "That coda from the other guys sounded pretty good, why don't we try it." It sounds awesome. They record it just to see how it sounds. Holy sh&t, this is a winner. Will there be issues? The guitar line in the intro, the style of the sound, the lyrical content are different enough to be fairly safe from issues with an obscure song from another music market from 6 years ago and Geffen say they'll absorb any costs by settling with the original band if they protest - notice Aust Crawl have never talked about this - I think the songwriter actually denied it was copied in a comment on another RU-vid video).... That is the best case scenario I can think of. The coda with modulation is tooo much of a coincidence. It happens all the time in popular music. Worst case scenario is that GnR couldn't find a mass appeal song, Geffen tell the band they are on the clock and a 'Country style beat is universal and the best transition sound" to break them the masses "then you can sell the heavier, glammier and more technical stuff", GnR say "F'n country?" try for a couple of hours, the producer plays the Aust Crawl track in the breakout room. They all look at each other without saying anything. Rose writes the lyrics, Slash ands the lead line in the intro - sounds different enough - away they go ....history. I really hope it didn't happen like that, but music was high stakes and very big money back then. Recording cost a fortune. Bands and producers needed a hit just to avoid being kicked to the curb. Social security isn't such a comfortable life in the USA (in Australia, 'the dole' has allowed some of our greatest artistic and sporting achievements!). I hope it didn't happen this second way, but I can fully sympathise if it did - it used to happen all the time (Stairway to Heaven etc) and still does. To GnR’s credit, Sweet Child is a great song, it really is, and they aren’t ripping off Australian Crawl as a band! I love Aussie crawl, but Unpublished Critics is their only song that actually bores me. . So let’s appreciate both bands everyone. Two great bands. Completely different in every way, except for that country element (which you could say influenced almost all ‘white’ rock music of the time). GnR fans, check out Aust Crawl classics; the ballad Reckless, the rockier Shut Down and the reggae/ska influenced surf rock of Boys Light Up, Errol. Aussie Crawl fans I’m sure have heard plenty of GnR on the radio (!) but we should appreciate Welcome to the Jungle, Mr Brownstone, Patience - some great songs. Peace!
Both bands were signed to the same record label in the States ( I think that says it all) and Australian crawl did say in one interview basically they were the small fish in a big pond and just couldn't financially stand up to the record company over what had happened.
Si sabes un poquito de música, se ve muy claro el plagio. No se trata de unos acordes, han tomado partes claramente y les han dado su estilo. La de ls guns está mil veces mejor, pero yo personalmente lo veo muy claro. Me imagino que en su día no pensarían que acabarían siendo estrellas y dirían....quién coño va a saber de una canción de unos tipos de Australia...
Pois é... Veja um vídeo do Guardian que é uma banda de hard rock gospel a música game up é uma amostra que até a pegada do suporte do microfone, a bermuda justa, o cabelo a voz é igual. Lembrando que essa banda já existia antes do Guns n roses

A mi me acaba de suceder con una RP-355, y lo mandé a reparar 🥺🥺🥺creyendo que se había roto. Llevan 2 semanas con él y no encuentran la falla. Intentaré esto.
