@skvmbxgg247 it is mate, found there was gates up today, but we found another entry point, its getting hard to find spots, too many scumbags leaving rubbish there and abusing the area
@@theashsmith5045 I was up there today myself looking for this spot. Is it the silver gate right next to the train track may I ask? Or the one just next to it?
Cheers for the reply though mate, it’s a shame how everyone is leaving these places, greenbank/new beith is getting far to run down, constant rubbish left in the middle of the roads. It’s getting beyond a joke. Half can’t blame them for shutting them down
@skvmbxgg247 yeah you were in the right spot, I was in the hiace, also had a 2wd tilly and a troops with me, you may have spotted us, after the little wooden bridge it's the second gate on the right, both right next to each other, it's a brilliant area, but you are right, I don't blame the owners at all, I blame the scumbags that gave them no choice
@@Damo_181 Gopro for me has been the best to use over the years, I have tried a few, and I appreciate the comment :) I'm not the fastest anymore, half crippled and half blind, but I'm still having a blast, and atleast hold my own at these amateur trail rides
@@theashsmith5045 it's great to hear people like you still loving their bikes and the sport in general even with a disadvantage your still going strong👏🏼👏🏼 your a real legend mate🤜🏻
This really sucks..if you have to look for a positive.. and it's hard.. you could have been one of the tens of thousands of middle aged men riding a 5-700 " dual sport" and it would be laying on top of you and nobody can pick it up!! Get well soon
So many of the tracks loop around back to where u started at flagstone ? Just bought myself a new ktm 250 tpi so keen to go suss it as I love 10 mins away
No, after, we spent this whole long weekend out there, still very ridable, while I am saddened that the fire ripped through, it has given a great opportunity to see what's around and cut in new tracks/fix old ones and so on
@leeobersteller7937 no I'm located in tingalpa, so not far away, we have spent every weekend for 12 months out there, never get bored, always finding new tracks
@theashsmith5045 Not far away at all probably past u numerous times🤣🤣. I try to get out their every weekend I come in through new beith and eventually get to flagstone and find new stuff out their all the time.
Hi mate, TM is going amazing, I have had a couple of small problems but they pale in comparison to the issues people have with the KTMS, Joel at session has been unreal, best new bike buying experience I have had, you are more than welcome to come and check my bike out if you are in the area, and I'm more than happy to help with preventative measures to set your new bike up if you go that way, but I do thoroughly recommend the TM product by far
@@theashsmith5045 awesome thanks for the reply! Yea Joel seems like a great person to deal with! Am in Hervey Bay going down to Joel’s shop in Marcoola next week to have a look… but yea am pretty much sold on the 2023 EN300fi . Sure appreciate any tips to avoid small issues etc thanks heaps 👍👍
I know this wise elder, who once told me "f*ck this sh*t I'm over it", 20 years later he finished up, and I have never seen him happier, I think I'll refrain from adding any more stress to my life 🤣🤣🤣
I have owned many bikes, from early 500cc dingers to late model 4 stroke, and I must say, the en300fi tops them all, such an easy pleasurable bike to ride, flick through my profile for a couple more clips, having only 6hrs and 201kms on the bike there isn't much, but every minute has been better than the last, I am over the moon with it
@@theashsmith5045 Awsome. I've been talking to Joel, the dealer on the Sunshine Coast, haven't had the chance to get up there yet to have a look. Just worried I'll miss the grunt of my WR450F. Going to Manar Park for 4 days, boys long weekend in a couple of weeks might be the last ride on her I think.
@@jongooch3474 Hey mate, same here got a 2013 WR450fFand talked to Joel on Sunny coast about getting this TM300Fi. Also worries about missing the 450 power... did you end up getting the TM?
G’day mate there’s a host of things that can make it run crappie . It’s a process of elimination. Could be simple or something more sinister. I try to go through the simple things first fuel air plugs etc. So in my case having looked at compression/ valve clearance’s and any codes coming up finally throttle body sync will bring it all together you can do it yourself just take your time and should run sweet oh so sweet. Have fun Busa 07
Hero 10 sounds and looks good. How much better do you feel it is over the 6? Is battery life better than the. 6? Straight off noticed no gloves, I never ride without at least lightweight gloves. Video looks top quality, god stuff.
I loved the 6, it worked well and never had an issue until it decided to become stolen, the 10 is leaps and bounds ahead in quality, but takes a little getting used to as the menus and what not have all changed, still finding my way through it, but love it so far, battery life is about the same depending what functions you have switched on, And easier said than done, I have far too much nerve damage, my options are either ride with no gloves, or don't ride, I do try, but can't get more than a couple of minutes in, often before even the start of the track, before I pull over in agony, or fall off due to it in the process, have a look at my later clips for more areas
Nice track mate, I went out there few weeks ago aswell on the south side of Glasshouse near the mango tree. May I ask where abouts is that car park you started at?
I have been to mango tree a few times and tbh don't really rate it, this car park is up further past the big fish, keep heading north on the motorway, turn on steve Irwin way and follow that for a long while
I have just uploaded the full lap minus long loop 3, was told it was shit and by that stage I was too keen on a beer 🤣 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BZTIr8h2TK0.html
I have only recently started using GOPRO QUICK, having a few teething issues with the reliability of the app, but the features are great, and easy to use, when it's working
It was my first time out that way, and being unregistered was my worry aswel, but there were a bunch of unregistered bikes out there without a hassle, plenty of other yahoos in 4wds doing dumb shit around the area so I would hope IF it came to it, that the focus would be more toward them
Unsure what it was based on, alot of the bike was custom, or built using bits and pieces of other makes and models, sadly the guy who built it passed away 10 odd years ago
