Yes. Legally it has to have a strobe on the top that is detectable from 3KM away. I also have a strobe on the bottom to help me see it from the ground.
I was born in Darley Dale and lived across the road from the Grouse on Crowstones Rd had a few jars in there and the Church INN and the Square&Compass.Love to see how Two Dales an Darley have changed over the years drill.Nice on
Brings back memories of the 70s, when I lived in that area. Love the stunning old/new comparison. Thankyou, keep 'em coming . Hoping you do Xmas at Chatsworth House again this year.
Darren that was superb my friend! Again you got me emotional what with the old scenes with people now long gone, and a time much preferable than today,- the music choice yet again magic! Well done mate , 🏴
Thank you. I'm doing the massive Cromford steam rally in August as well. It's massive, and will have a traditional fairground all lit up at night along with the illuminated traction engines. Going to need all my batteries charged. 😁
I volunteer my services for search and rescue of the many varied four legged inhabitants of Derbyshire but never get to film them as battery power is key, and filming limits the time in the air. The other problem is that drones tend to scare animals if you try to film them at near ground level, so the new camera is great, as I am finding out. 😃🐕🦮🐕🦺
Good for you mate see you are an animal preferrer too! Even though I nursed for 30 years ,still prefer animals, especially dogs ,to people( so did most of my patients! ) Keep up the good work 🐶
Wow I love this. I love the playfulness vibe and the music to the filming is spot on. Best camera work and editing I've ever seen. The sport looks like really good fun.
I've added red reflective tape and had no issues since then 🤞One thing I have learnt is that rural located birds are more prone to attack. I've subbed to your channel. Happy safe flying buddy.
Bird attack! Unusual attack on a drone by peregrine falcon - nearly took the drone out of the sky. Fortunately the drone recovered and was able to be landed safely. Evasive action is usually to climb vertically but as the drone was at the legal ceiling height this was not possible.
had some calls with birds flying close but today i had one flying exactly in front of the drone, it was a miracle it wasnt hit. i knew that from before but when theres a bird, fly as high as you can, this will confuse them and they wont be able to make it up there that easily to get you.
@@dronezone-mediaand it was worth the effort my friend! Especially the first piece, brought a lump to my throat I'm not ashamed to admit that! Also, you did Mark Masterson proud with your "gift"to him,it was lovely- that's why I subscribed to your channel - best wishes and keep up the good work 🏴
Nice to see you back. Hope you are back to full health. The sky is very forbidding sometimes in this video, but I recognise many of the shades you've captured. I have just watched this again on the Mark from the States channel and it was even more beautiful than it seemed during the first watch. Great video. Thank you. All the best
Thank you. I know my videos aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I don't want to be another one of those creators who show you endless slow moving clips of a drone ambling through the air towards a subject getting closer and closer as the minutes tick by. It can work when you have narration, but without it you have to keep the viewers attention. Anyway, sorry about that rant, it wasn't aimed at you. I'm back to full health(nearly), thank you for asking.🙂 Having the new handheld camera has got me into places where the drone isn't allowed. It does great timelapses, hence my new found love of clouds, and boy, they don't disappoint. I do though need to venture more out of Derbyshire. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope to get more done in the near future.
