omg... maybe next time when you upload a video, check the informations before.... 2,5 and 9.9 its not a fckin speed!! its a % of using a engine (mid-motor) so when you press a WALK Mode on then you get a access to 99% power of the engine. This is not a speed!! you will not a drive 99 km/h wtf...
Your correct and right ...its not fit for purpose, bought one ...and the same happened !!.. on a 530 chain on kawasaki zzr1400 performance!...when reviting the chain the structure started to expand.......!...So long story short don't buy ....

Good video but would like to see you service it. I mean a full service. How long can these CX line motors go before they really require a service? Why is Bosch not selling spare parts and barrings?
That stator is not small for 250 watts. It's even encapsulated in aluminium, so cooling is good. It should be able to push closer to 1000 watts. I see a remap coming up.
This morning i got Loading settings loop on my infotainment display. i cannot acces radio, navigation or any oher menu option via screen. I can adjust only Air conditioning and seatheating with screen. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it? I am on 1941 system version.
I can only see one entry which water can penetrate and that’s around the crankshaft maybe once out of warranty best I get some water proof grease and seal it from the inside
You can also seal it from the outside with grease around the crank. Opening a sealed system is never a good idea. You could even introduce moisture from the air in it for no reason. If the motor doesn't behave abnormal or make strange noises then it does not need to be opened.
Definitely something I want to try, but the new update blocks the Speedbox and bricks your motor until you strip it all out and wipe it on a diagnostic! A few people are reporting this at the moment, and it voids your warranty immediately, as it leaves a trace on the system that can't be removed! However, the Speedi seems more straightforward; unfortunately, it doesn't have an app or anything like that, but it doesn't connect to the motor to leave a trace if you need anything from the warranty. Kinda puts you off with the warranty void and system trace sure there would be a way around this 🤔
My Bosch Gen 3 Performance Line CX has done 12,500km and has never been disassembled since manufacture the bike is now six years old. So as long as you don't ride the bike underwater or use a pressure washer or a hose jet stream when cleaning the bike. The sould last just as long as my motor.
I have numerous errors with my 2021 1.0 etec, dashboard is like playing guess who every time I get in there's another light. Crunching noise's from the driver's front, possibly driveshaft or gearbox. Creaking rear suspension bushes, very poor brakes and a gearbox that jumps out of gear when going to pull away from start up. Car has currently 29k miles and has been in and out the dealers more times than sink a ship. Is back in the dealers soon for 5 days to hopefully rectify the faults and if not it'll be going the journey. Never again will i buy one of these nor would I recommend one. Full of problems and as said by the gentleman in the video and most of these comments on here. Quite dangerous at times to drive.
thanks for posting this video. I have ridden my 2019 TREK Powerfly LT 9.7+ through too much mud and dirt, are there shops in northern California you can recommend to do a motor rebuild? I don't have the tools, time or expertise. TIA
Nice Vid, thanks! Only one question: I haven't any bosch screen, I use led remote with wireless bosch mobile holder. I use the flow app's ride screen. Could you use the flow app without broke the guarantee? Certainly, I don't want to use update functions.

13:40 What is the theory on the torque sensor device there, it looks like it would only sense rpms. I realize there is a motherboard to do some analysis with the data, but how is it sensing rider input level force, rather than just rpm to send to the motherboard?
My (Canadian purchased) 2022 SCOTT Strike eRIDE 920 has the BOSCH Performance Line CX GEN-4 , which has 5 plugs all with wires going into them .Only 1 of the ports don't have a wire plugged into it. Is there some other product or adapter that I'd require to make this work?
