Are you talking about the neckline? Usually this is about 8 or 81/2 inches wide and about 3 3/4 inches down. I just drew the curve free hand . May need a little practice to get it just right but you could draw a rectangle from the measurements then gently make the curve towards the bottom section
Hi, I normally use 2 3/4 or 3 yds if you like it to hang low especially at the foot of the bed. Having cut that you simply turn over a half inch then two inches for the top. At the bottom you turn a half inch then one inch. You can see my video on this too.
