What led me here was I was trying to find a better pillow for side sleeping. Lots of mixed reviews. Then a review where this method was mentioned. I searched YT and found your video. I didn't find much else on the stuff to help sleep. It makes a lot of sense. Especially w/ all the tossing and turning I do - I wonder how much less I would if I did this before each night's sleep.
Hello from Raliegh NC. Thanks for clarifying video. I have similar pottery barn bed frame, box spring and mattress for king. Only issue is after I add all three , it is too high. Is it okay not to use the frame to reduce height?
WP are scary af. The willingness to be hateful towards someone based on skin is sick. What's even more horrific is how they defend it and make things up to feel validated. "THEY'RE NOT LIKE US". Im sticking to my steal box frame with wheel that other frames dont hold up like the steal ones i like to move my bed so i vacuum under it cause if you dont the dust get thick especially if you have carpet now you have allergies 🤧 😅i tried tge frames wood box omg i knew when i saw my steal fram go down the street i knew ill regret it sure nough i did 😂😂😂

I bought a bamboo king size set that I love several years ago. Impressed by the fit, quality and feel I purchased a new set but the flat sheet is not snug at all. Are the dimensions different with newer stock?

Awesome video! lol... I was cracking up at the wheels comment! I have 2 beds with wheels. lol... I needed a new bed and I was pretty upset that I could not find box springs and frames with wheels. Your video explained alot including the purpose/value in each item. I do actually move my bed, but you are right that I do not vacuum under it. Buuuuuuut I am pretty good at making sure that I do not have things under my bed. lol.... In either case, thanks for the education. One-sided mattresses are engineered to maximize revenue for the company that produces it and to expire as quickly as possible so that you need to buy another mattress in years versus in decades. Flipping a two-sided mattress is not the big deal the industry suggests it is--simply get a friend to help you or offer a tip to your handyman or housekeeper to do it for you. I give this gentleman a lot of credit for not towing the industry line to persuade you to buy a one-sided mattress (as other retailers are doing!) to make a quick sale and instead educate you on how to make an informed decision. I understand that there is a market for one-sided mattresses, but there also is a market of consumers who want the get the most mileage out of a relatively large investment. Just remember that any showroom-new one-sided mattress is going to feel great, but that feeling comes from plush foams and fillers--and all of those kinds of materials degrade and give way over time (springs last for decades), and once they do, if you can't flip, you can only rotate, and you're going to have sag spots across the surface of the mattress, especially if you share it with a partner.
