Bad location. On the main road in Ojai right in downtown. The unhoused living site should be located elsewhere in Ojai and this lot should be a parking lot for downtown.
If they build the homeless shelter, I’m going to quit my job and move into the shelter. I can spend my free time wandering around Ojai which is much easier than waking up to an alarm clock and grinding a job everyday.

I used to work for Fred Voltz at the Ojai Valley News, around 1990, lived in Oak View, still know people in the region, thanks for clearly explaining where you are so I can identify the areas. The riverbottom was always a fun place to walk my dogs, but avoiding homeless camps was important, for their peace of mind and privacy, and my safety. The weather this winter is harsh and living outside not so easy. May everyone have compassion for those less fortunate.
