People stopped going downtown when all the retail stores moved to King of Prussia Mall. It is now just business, government, and tourists. Philly has always been a city of neighborhoods where each 'hood is like a village with its own culture, stores, restaurants etc., everything is all in walking distance. Crowds used to fill the streets when all the major retail stores were downtown. Now, people identify more with their neighborhoods than with the over-all city.
Those hacks csn be done. Root beer float, coffee fliat, soda float, mixing all drinks, making pie ala mode, combining 2 choices into a flurry or putting ssuce and oreo. Getting mc gang bang or doing other sandwich combos. Anothrr is making an ice cream sanwich with cookies. You can sweet tea with 2 to 3 creamers. Buffalo fries. Bbq, 2 hamburger patties, onions and fries.
