We ( family ) had a chance to eat at his spot in Va. but, I would never spend my money on his food. I rather give my money to another bbq person who has a good personality. Myron is too stuck on himself over food. He’s arrogant and just a schmo. Same thing with Robbie! I wouldn’t let Robbie do any life saving medical stuff. I like competition but hate arrogance.

Had my old baseball coach and manager of a slowpitch league that I played in for over 10 years tell me I had the best softball swing he's ever seen after I applied these lessons. He was wrong of course. THE LEGEND in the video is the owner of that title, always, imo. Thank you for the video!!!
I am making a brisket soon, and cannot get his injection liquid in time. What would be a similar substitute I could go get? Maybe he said it I just missed it
Ive watched a thousand videos on brisket/bbq over the past 5 years. Now while I use a Traeger, not a stick burner, just the first 20 minutes of this video I wish I had seen before yesterday...my first attempt at brisket! It sucked and now I know at least a few reasons why! Cant wait to retry using Myron's techniques.
I use a pellet smoker and love it. But I do add an an extra pellet tube for more smoke. I have not had 1 bad brisket. Pork butts come out perfect. And it seems everyone loves my ribs.

In softball, you’re hitting cherry bombs, essentially, and you have to find other ways to generate power. A conventional baseball swing still works for contact, in slow pitch, but you have to have some serious upper body strength to clear the fence

I totally disagree. Fat side up! For the first few hrs. Because it DOES render the flavor back into the meat. Not only that, who can afford a wagoo brisket? The whole part of cooking a brisket is the brisket and the temperature your cooking at at what stage. I don't competition cooking. IF your a good cook, you don't inject a brisket. Turkey's maybe, but not brisket. Sorry, if you cook competition for trophies and money, then do what ever trips your trigger. I cook for family and friends and never had an issue. Do you, do you.
