Always remove CMOS battery and replace sometimes that can be the issue, after that its generally a power supply issue.

i hook up my go xlr mini in the streaming pc not the gaming pc why do ya do it on the gaming pc there another youtuber that study on this did the flaws he fixed your issues . i having the usb in the stremaing then the line out in the gaming rig . if you do it in the gmaing rig might as well be a single pc streamer

Ive got a gtx 970 8gb made with gtx 970 core and 1070 vram in the full 256 bit bus as its on a gtx 980 pcb. Its pretty hard to fill the vram and get playable fps though as the core isn't strong enough. But a bit more then the 3.5 gb at full speed is nice.
