Guys, I truseted your review and bought an Ackuretta sol 1 year ago and it was a regret. The company sold me the printer through their dealer here in Kuwait and the dealer has no idea how to maintain or support the printer. When I contacted Ayush the CEO OF THE COMPANY to help us solve the printer issues, he asked for 900usd as a coinciege package to teach us how to deal with the printer we refused this as it should be the job of the dealer. The printing experience as a whole is very bad and similar to many cheaper alternatives in the market. The resin is another scam story. They claim they are compatible with many resin companies, but when you actually buy it, they tell you it is still undervalidation e.g. Armadent resin. Even their own Curo resin, not all of it is working .e.g curo element white and curo ginigiva are not printable at all. In summary, never buy it.
Calibrate the scanner or recheck the lab process this cannot be normal as this is the most accurate ios to date and check the finish line is actually visible on the scan and not covered by soft tissue
Wondering why immediate implants were placed at sites with pathology? It would be more predictable to place grafts and come back to place implants after 3-4 months.
Excellent presentation Mark Rosen. Thank you for carrying forward the Mentorship Fellowship by sharing the very details of your Career Path, your Vision, Asset, Income, and Tax Management in relation to Projected Practice Growth. It was interesting to hear both of your perspectives, ( and explanation for concerns Mark) as to how the Partnership sustained and managed the development of the Practices. Despite the costs, Dr. Wu your Creativity could not be capped, and once expressed, created boundless personal growth which created Confidence in Performance. This is contagious. Dr. Wu, Congratulations on following your intuition to sustain your vision of success. People work for people, and as the numbers show your leadership produces success. Sending Best!
My implant doesn’t hurt. No signs of infection but now it’s popped up when I took my snap in out. It’s in the healing process. It’s been like a month. It pops up and pushes down. No infection or pain going on. My others never did this so I know it’s not right. I have all on 4 done on top. Now trying to get the bottom
I'm currently learning how to use the latest model of this scanner and I was told that when scanning the maxillary arch you also need to scan as much of the pallet as possible.
Dental technology is very expensive. A cerec machine setup with in house milling can cost up to 100K or more, or they have to pay huge lab fees every month. A basic pano/CBCT machine can cost around 30K. Xray sensors cost around 10K each, and a functional practice needs several of these. This is just the tip of the iceberg for cost of items that a functioning dental practice needs in the office. The dentist has to pay overhead costs for running a practice, including lab fees, employee wages, federal and state taxes, utilities, software payments, student loans, system repairs and replacements, disposable sterilization and patient materials, building repairs, etc. Dental materials are very pricey. Most of the time a dentist barely makes a profit on things such as fillings and root canals after you factor in the materials and overhead costs. Not to mention that the cost for a dental degree can be up to or over 80K and buying a practice can cost 500K or more. Dental insurance only pays their portion of fees, but the rest of the cost has to come out of patient pocket. The dental office has to charge a profitable amount to cover all of these costs and make a profit to cover other possible unexpected expenses. The AC system just broke in my dental office. The quote for a new system is 33K. This will need to be fixed or we will lose patients due to the hot uncomfortable conditions. It is expensive but this is the cost of keeping a dental practice in business.
I fell in love with this equipment, I want to offer this equipment for sale in face-to-face seminars. Please provide me with the technical information of this device. I am waiting for your response, if you provide me with the link of the PDF file, it would be great, I need more information than a simple search of websites.
Hi is MTL able to blend in seamlessly with other teeth, or is there still a bit of opaqueness? I really want a natural looking crown but I know most Zirconia needs a few layers to not look opaque. Thanks
CEREC MTL is a Multi Transition layered block, so it will not appear as opaque or universally as bright as some of the higher-strength blocks. Keep in mind that the higher the strength, the less esthetic the restoration will be, and the value of the crown will be much higher causing it to look whiter than the designated shade. Staining is also an option of wanting to help zirconia blend in with natural dentition or surrounding restorations.
Can you please tell me the difference between milling and 3d primting? I mean which one is more convenient, cost effective for use in personal chamber?
Hi, thanks for reaching out! Here is an on-demand webinar that will help answer your question: pages.henryscheindigital.com/on-demand-webinar-3d-printing-milling-gantos-mennito
