Hello and welcome to my channel. I'm retired and spend time fixing up my 40'X80' shop on four acres. I work on vintage machinery for the shop. I was at the 2/75th Ranger Batt Aco from 1986-90 and jumped into Panama during Operation Just Cause.
Mine went out at 21 hrs. I purchased it for emergency power outages only. Didn't take it out of the box for 6 months. Exercised it 15-30 mins every month sense new. By the time the display gauge failed it was out of warranty, because of date, not hrs. I’ve tried to get a replacement, and they are out of stock. Must come from overseas. Still waiting. Now I see my fuel petcock is leaking fuel.
@dougharlow6037 Ours still makes power but be bought a Westinghouse generator. The crazy thing is if the battery dies, you can't start it with the rope pull because it has to have 12v to run the electric choke.
Had this same issue! While driving, the car started to rumble, it felt like a rough idle, but vibrations matched the acceleration rate, so I changed the spark plugs and noticed the mounted interior was just rattling around the screw! Easy fix
