The game is NOW awesome but it was trash when it first came out. But I do wish it had the story and world of wildlands with the gameplay of breakpoint. A combo of the two games would be perfection. Edit: Also, I wish I had people to play with. I’m on PS5 so I don’t have all the awesome mods that are out now for it but I still have a lot of fun with the game. Takinawhiz is my tag. there are no words to express how much i hate this game to death. in contrast, i really loved wildlands and i re-download at times to play bit, despite having beaten it 100%
Well people complain about drones and bots. Drones are unfortunately in use irl I would not be shocked to see battle bots in the next decade. Nobody said this was a “milsim”
I disagree the best weapons on the game are ones that you get in carnage hall if you jump in the wall and glide down :P lol they kill everything in the first swing o.o
Breakpoint island was too corny for me. I played it for two years and it just drove me crazy how the environment seemed so fake. The dialogue of the villains seemed like garbage even that magical hidden camp behind the camouflage net. It just seems stupid it would’ve been nice if you could talk to other online players in that room but whatever, I still organize sessions in Bolivia and that’s where I prefer to spend my limited online video game time. I will wait to see when the game comes out if these rumors are true. I play video games to relax in btw my real job as an auto technician which contributes something to society. I don't have the time to keep replaying a mission cause of a timer like a lot of losers in their mom's basement can do because they don't have a real job or they think playing video games is a legit job cause they are to lazy to get a real job. I like the far cry series but if this is true they lost a sale from me.
If they don't add 3p view in the new one I won't buy it, I'm always switching from 1st to 3rd person view especially if the target is a bit further away
Breakpoint pretty much surpasses Wildlands in every mechanical facet of the game. The one thing Wildlands has to it's credit is you can perform long-distance sniping. Now there will almost undoubtedly be some retard that chimes in with but it works the same in Breakpoint. This will be because that individual hasn't compared the two to one another themselves. But this cannot really be helped. All in all Breakpoint is criminally underrated.
I still like Bolivia much better. The corniness of the story of breakpoint I just can’t ignore it. It’s like being in a shitty movie. It’s the difference between the original Star Wars trilogy and all the garbage that came after it lol but everybody has their tastes. I felt like the user interface menu on breakpoint was so convoluted. Just bizarrely complicated and of course I hate to play with heads up display with all the floating garbage on the screen. It’s so distracting. I turn it off, but goddamn they’re still some junk when they throw grenades in that warning explosive danger zone I just don’t understand why they could not get rid of that. Every time sessions in Bolivia all the players talk about how that atmosphere really feels alive. hearing really makes you feel like you’re a foreign country. The scientists and random workers on the island just ruined the environment.
@@deaddropsd1972 I did prefer Bolivia over Aurora too myself. It was a lot more interesting. My main reasoning was the mechanics rather than setting though. Wildlands I'd say also did have a more interesting story but again mechanics. Neither of the two narratives were exactly masterpieces though. There's a ton of 'dialogue cheese' in Wildlands too which probably doesn't bother most people :/ Breakpoint felt like the Ghosts were being more professional. Breakpoint had capes and hoods though I guess.... Just why 😞

Absolutely. I feel sorry for people who cannot get online friends together for a good cooperative session. That is where the game shines. I still enjoy wild lands Bolivia better but if I’m gonna play on the island of Aurora, at least having other online friends would make it more tolerable.
