Nice bucks great video I’m surprised u like most people don’t use a drag belt cabelas sells them mine fits in my fanny pack and alows me to get stood up and drag with less effort. I encourage u to get one and let me know. I guarantee it will make a short or long drag out much easier

@InclineOutdoors we were 7-7 . Biggest buck was killed Oct 13 w 5 does. Killed two on the 21. One morning and evening., both pushing a does hard. Latest was Nov 2. He was pushing a doe.
Dang I hunted near there last year but different air strip. I only stayed in 6 nights but I did see a nice buck one night. Nice job through and through
The money you spent on those overpriced camo clothes would have been better invested in a good pair of binos! Not being able to identify a buck at only 200yds and still taking the shot is just the worst kind of hunting ethics! Here we go again: some dude on youtube that shoots anything for a new video to post... too sad.. second deer was good though!
Definitely agree in terms of always identifying your target. In this episode we absolutely did so, knowing we were shooting a legal buck. In the coast range general season you often do not get much time to count every point. In this unit any buck is legal, and knowing very well it was a legal buck, and a safe shot, we pulled the trigger. Perhaps you hunt in an area with different antler restrictions or requirements. We also do not shoot animals just for the sake of online content. This was our enjoyable experience taking an animal legally we were happy with, and choosing to share it. What makes hunting fun is we all get to have our own goals, and enjoy the outdoors.

One of my favorite strips to hunt, I've camped at the second camp. Looks like you took the hard way up for sure, but very typical for that place.... you earn every inch. Congrats on two nice bucks. Always a fun ride in and out too.
Nice work , but that far for that buck ?? Really ?? Im in California , i killed a 20.5 inch blacktail 30 minutes crom my truck . Still , hard work pays off !! Peace !
We take what the mountains give us. We loved this hunt and these bucks are the culmination of pure effort=reward. Honestly the video doesn't really do them justice. Hope you have a great season this year!
We are running the Exo K3 in most of our current content. You can get different bag sizes, and in this video i was using the crib load panel for hauling out that buck. Exo now has their K4 series, we haven’t used the new stuff yet but hear good things.
Great recovery!! Nice bear. I just got a new rifle. Browning Xbolt Hells Canyon Speed Long Range 280AI. Now, I just have to decide on a scope. Because next year. I am going on a spring bear hunt. In either Idaho or Montana. I am fixing to start practicing as much as I can. For bear hunting in that type area. I'm looking at Leupolds scopes. VX5 HD 4-20x52mm TMOA VX6 HD 4X24X52MM TMOA. Would that be a good bear hunting scope?
Awesome videos man, thank you for sharing. I just got stationed in Oregon and am trying to teach myself to hunt. I swear I am doing the things I see you doing but I have yet to see a deer or elk haha When you’re hunting these clear cut lands do you park a mile away and walk in? 500 yards? Do you immediately drop into the reprod or glass it from a distance first? I see lots of roads in the video so how are you avoiding all the road hunters I hear about? I’ve been looking for closed roads on motor vehicle use maps to try and get to some less pressured areas. Anyways. I know that’s a lot and I don’t expect you to take the time to help a stranger; but I’m plum stumped. Keep up the great work on the videos!
It really depends. We hunt a fair amount of state land and private timber company land. Some has drive-in access and some doesn’t. You just have to find the out of the way hidey holes. Blacktail hunting is as much about conditions and timing as it is location. Later in the season and changes in weather patterns help. And of course glass, glass, and glass some more. When you finally spot your first blacktail bucks white face you will be forever addicted.
If you are not wearing camo when bow hunting then you are not realy trying hard right out of the gate.its like you want them to look at you then run off.you wouldnt start a race with your shoes untied
maybe you are right. I wear camo a lot but I do have some solids that are comfortable during bow season that I do wear and I’ve never really felt it made a difference and have had many close encounters. But hey, if it’s a tiny additional advantage. It’s probably worth it to stick with camo. Thanks for watching and hope you have success this season!

“Wow!” Is right. This hunt was a very enjoyable, memorable, and rewarding experience for us. And, though we didn’t even see any monster bears - we certainly didn’t kill any cubs either. We film our hunts not with “internet clicks” in mind, but because it’s fun to do so and it’s a great way to relive the experiences and share them with others to enjoy. Sorry that wasn’t the case for you.
Measure them with the reticle in the scope before the shot either the distance between the ears or nose to tail .I admit that thay are hard to judge that's why I take measurements first.
