Motion.io combines white-label client portals with project management in a single platform to save you time and keep projects moving. No more managing client tasks and internal team tasks in two separate software apps. As customers complete tasks in their portals, your team can start checking off dependent tasks in their associated projects.

Sam from Motion.io here (the one in the video). The Loom videos were sent via email! Whenever you're sending cold emails, in my experience, some will inevitably end up in spam -- but there are ways to minimize this. If you do a lot of cold emailing, I recommend looking into a tool like Lemlist or Apollo, as they have built-in tools to prevent messages from going to spam.
Depending on your process, there are a few ways proposals can be done, both through third-party integrations (ex. iFrame embeds) as well as natively in the app (using Motion.io's custom forms + signature task option). Our team would happily provide 1:1 setup guidance if you are interested in learning more. You can schedule a time to speak with us here: calendly.com/matt-corson/45min/ P.S. - We're also in the process of developing new contract functionality that will provide additional utility for things proposals 😀
This was a really great video! Thank you for taking the time to go over some cool new ways to use automation. I have a request. Is there a way to create a time trigger? Example, when a task is completed it will trigger the next task in X amount of minutes/hours/days and finally to create a recurring automation. Example monthly check in every 30 days
Thanks for the suggestion! While we don't have time trigger functionality in this version of Motion.io's automations, it's on our roadmap and will be included in a future update.
Hi there! Invoicing isn't currently a built-in feature of Motion.io (we plan to release our own tool in the coming months), but there is a wide variety of invoicing tools you can integrate directly with your Motion.io projects & client portals.
Web design is in trend. So many its the new trend for people to post videos of how amazing they are at getting clients. No evidence. No substance. Just more RU-vid nonsense.
I had the same problem when I tried using Canva last summer. I didn't see an erase tool and didn't realize there was an erase tool that was a little hidden
This advice is really good, but I genuinely think it's not specific enough Looks like something I can just Google, no anecdotal evidence or real world proof that it has worked Very cookie cutter Don't take this the wrong way though
Hey William - Sam here. Thanks for the feedback - totally agree with you. My goal was to have this be a "watch this first" type of video before going deeper into individual strategies and providing detailed anecdotal evidence. Any suggestions for a specific topic/strategy I should do a deeper dive into?
