Im a BIG fan of dinosaurs and prehistoric life in general, but i never had any desire to play the JWE games. This is partly due to the franchises monsterfied and unrealistic approach to alot of their animals, especially those that appear in the movies, the ones that dont actually look pretty decent. But the main reason of why i dont play it is the very limited creative building system this game has, which might be the right style for some, but for me just "plopping down a complete building and calling it a day" is pretty much the exact opposite of what im looking for in a park builder. Thats why for me personally Prehistoric Kingdom is just the better dinosaur park builder in any possible way. With all that being said im still kinda curious of what JWE3 will be like, and more precisely what new stuff will be added that even justifies a new game.
I'm not a zoo person at all, so I've only looked at the channel here from time to time since PlanCo. It was only when the farm animals appeared that I became interested in your videos again, because they are NOT zoo animals. And I'm back in anticipation of PlanCo 2 - if that's what's coming? But if you ask a ‘non-zoo person’, then it should be something completely different: a ‘fantasy zoo’. For the 100% well-being of the animals, of course, but in a steampunk, retrofuturistic, ‘tolkien’ environment. Environments that you can then - if it turns out that way - later use seamlessly in PlanCo 2 for a smooth transition from one game to the next.
Also, the point Rudy makes of parks not making sense doesn't make sense to me. Dinosaurs in the JP/JW movies are part of their world now, just like with any animal, zoo exists. Hell even in chaos theory we see a guy with a small circus-like attraction with a few dinos, think of that, big scale.
Sure, in a better timeline JWE2 should've gotten more expansions that add more guest behaviours, animal behaviours, attractions, decorations, Islands(?), new maps/environments. But sadly in the modern gaming scene, that's not how things are anymore. So to me a JWE3 was expected, if they add all the things I just mentioned plus new campaign and hopefully a better terrain tool, then I am all for it.
Well Frontier has not yet solved the semi-aquatic issue with the current game. Maybe Jurassic world Evolution 3 will allow us to have freshwater species like Deinosuchus that can get on land and jump into a freshwater pond. It would be interesting to see that happen.
While freedom to build like (just like how mods let us) is a must for JWE 3.. another thing I want is more canopy cover.. the parks just seem too open.. we need more roofs and overarching trees to really give that jungle feeling like in the movies.. its just a personal opinion but something I think could make the game a bit more interesting

Waterpark (maybe DLC) that you can add with lifeguards a splash pad you can create. 3. Waterpark: Placing lifeguards on walking paths near the water or having lifeguard chairs and having them do realistic lifeguard moves. 4. I wish you could hire ride operators and the person in front of the line. They aren't just there. 5. More customization when it comes to Characters? kind of like Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. 6. More realism in the ride unloading and loading process. Have one or two ride operators for a roller coaster and have them run down the line to make sure guests are safely in their seats? 7. For log flume rides you can have a middle loading dock and have two unload/load on either side, then have it join together with a sensor that stops a log from an incoming log on the other side. (More overall ride customization) 8. Select where you want your park but if it is in the America in the PNW, Has it only operated in good weather? 9. Select when employees work, if the park is closed everyone but selected or people on the roster stay at the park/ 10. Ragtime music for the main entrance. But overall more selection of music for park speakers. 11. You can assign character attendants with the characters. 12. Customization for a Gift Shop. 13. Staff paths

Well that would be amazing, especially for holding the title as the best park simulator of the upcoming competitor Park Studio, which looks fantastic as an Alpha Game. I wish they would announce the new title, lets see. MY LIST -stations- smaller stations or double stations like incredicoaster for example or a unload and load station like expedition Everest for example. -coasters- definitely the option to have other colors and numbers on track rides coasters and flat rides. -other- mabye some more show options like a show viewing area and mabye parades or water shows for example like world of color. something that i think rct3 i cant remember is building how tall a drop tower is. another thing is the drop on choppers creek i feel like would be better if the drop didnt go on a lift hill before it drops like how the drops are at Disneyland's splashmountain and mabye able to make a smaller track for choppers creak. wheather would be nice to and mabye other gift shops that sells backpacks for people to wear or mabye strollers. well thats my list and this is alot to ask for but hopeing some of it at least happens mostly more shows wheather train colors and the drop on choppers creak
I really want concert hall, more fireworks, waterparks, parades, resorts, more water rides, more flat rides, better paths, wheather, ect honestly i can't wait till Saturday to see whats coming in the future.

I bought it with the big sale, with all the DLC, for under $40! Noob question: I got some things from the Workshop. I'll place something down, then decide to move it. BUT it'll have many pieces to it & I don't see a way to just grab the whole thing, the way it placed down. I I had to click each object individually to delete. Am I missing a simple way to grab it all in one???
How do you manage to terraform the earth under eath the paths at the beginning? I feel like even if i get elevated paths the ground around it will not be able to be transformed 😢 Wonderful habitat with cozy vibes ✨️
I saw that massive sale & took advantage of it! I've never done any kind of park game, but I love building in The Sims 4, so I went for it! I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying it. Coming from The Sims 4, I really wish we could resize some items!
There’s really a lot of features here in the comments that would absolutely make sense but the one thing I’d hope for would be some kind of AI based creation assistant. I am creative enough to imagine and describe stuff like queue designs or stations and other buildings but I am really bad -maybe just not patient enough - at building or detailing it out of thousands of pieces.
Having played Prehistoric Kingdom, there were two game-changing features for building that would be amazing in PC2: - Scalable objects: every object’s size can be scaled on any or all of 3 axes - No Grid-Locked Objects: Some objects can be placed on a grid, but can also be switched to free-form within the same build. These 2 features basically unlock unlimited creativity; I found it hard to switch back to PC after I got used to them.

MORE EVIDENCE I JUST FOUND!!! - on Frontier’s website within the latest news for investors there is a post about the new Jurassic World game. Included in this it says - “Frontier plans to release one new CMS game per year; the development of the unannounced own-IP CMS game for FY25 is on track and Frontier expects to announce the title in the coming months.” So it is confirmed as an own IP CMS game AND it’ll be announced in the coming months. This was posted on 9th May. It could be another new game in the Planet universe but i can’t imagine it not being PlanCo 2 due them needing a reliable hit.
Remember my words. PC2 will use a brand new version of the Cobra Engine, and it will include IP tie-ins just like PC1. Some of the issues from PC1 will be “fixed” that were purely limitations of that engine. A new and improved pathing tool, and I’m not sure custom content will be a thing this time around. We can only hope.
I really don't see a reason for it. The originals graphics are still very high quality and still runs like trash on modern hardware once you reach a medium size park AND on top of that the quality of the assets are as good as they can get.
AI is gonna be a huge part of the game now. When you see what text to audio ai can do (park music, ambience, sound effects) and what text to picture ai can do (textures, billboards etc.)... Imagine what more you can do.
I bought this game on sale and have been loving it, I'm huge sims 3 fan and I know I'm going to be playing this game for a long time, endless game play. The only thing that annoys me is that there aren't more expansions to buy as I also got all 7. I've been watching RU-vid tutorials on how to play the game and it only took a few days to fully understand everything. Also discovering all the channels that showcase player created parks is great and very inspiring, great game and great community.
