Around 6:05 I know Frank isn’t the type to bullshit, but I really appreciate how honest he was here. I watched several interviews with him and I feel like this is the one he was the most honest about how the bus crash impacted his life. Maybe I just haven’t seen as many videos, but I love that he chose to be honest with a young girl. He didn’t shy away from it or try to make it more palatable for her, he told the truth and trusted her to listen and be thoughtful about where to take the interview next. Hopefully this makes sense, I just have a lot of love and respect for the guy
Dude it's an interview? Obviously I'm gonna ask him to introduce himself. And for the record, I know him well enough to know he is not that much of a snob to get offended by someone asking him to introduce himself.
I love how you're both so relaxed and casual. It's like you guys are friends that hang out everyday. I love when interveiwers take care of and acctually care about the person they're interviewing. It's great that youse respect each other😊 Great interveiw by the way.
finally! an interview with frank that doesn't mention mcr every five bloody seconds i loved this interview so much and the questions flowed in such a way that it sounded like a normal conversation. also, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? i'm guessing about 18-20 or so?
Thank you for the lovely comment! Haha I'm a lot more interested in what he's doing now rather than like a decade ago and I'm sure plenty of others are too. I'm 18 :)
I really like this interview because usually during interviews I can't make it half way through without cringing but this really flowed and it was really good. You both seem really comfortable like this was just a normal conversation and the questions were really well thought through. Job very well done :)
Loved this interview. You made it a really chill atmosphere, frank looks at ease and you didn't ask silly questions like other interviewers way older than you do (also i think its so rad that you're 18, kinda makes me question my life decisions because i'm 18 and doing way less cool things than interviewing frank iero, although i have met him!). I hated seeing his face change when the accident was brought up though, you could only imagine what was going through his head.
I love interviews where both people looks so comfy and relaxed, and the background is so homey, it's just so amazing knowing that both people are happy with the situation and position
Wow, this is a great interview! I feel like I'm listening into a conversation between friends. And thanks for bringing up Leathermouth! I can't believe I can't find my copy of that album. I love it, as I do his other songs.
You can really see how much the accident has effected him in the way he talks and the expressions his face makes, it definitley changed him and will probably always be there in his mind. Amazing man, my respect for him has risen 200% since the accident, ive always loved him as an artist from the beginning of MCR, he can do no wrong in my eyes. Great interview, thanks!
"Evan and Marty" can you believe this rat? Oh, and by the way, this was an amazing interview, great job! You seem very true to the people you interview. Keep up the great work!
