Slavery and the slave trade were a truly disgusting side of human history. I visited a place near New Orleans, USA where there had been hundreds of slaves kept to work in a sugar plantation. I went into the slave village where their huts were. I felt the energy of misery and sheer grief for lives and families lost to slavery and I wept. I believe it's important to remember and highlight these atrocities so that it can never happen again.

As someone who's used falomo to sangotedo firstly we should be using hovercrafts or any boat that doesn't have its schedule disrupted by water hyacinth. 2ndly need regular schedules to get people to and from work/school as well as in-between trips .7am to falomo and 530pm returning is not feasible for workers. 3rdly weekend schedule is needed. 4thly currently quite expensive. Waterbuses would be ideal for our flood ridden lagos.
