Hello, Many laboratories do not wear gloves as a routine while preparing dishes or handling embryos. The reason is that gloves from many manufacturers are actually embryo toxic and accidently touching the dish on the inside or the pipette tip, my transfer this toxicity to the media. Many laboratories also find the feeling of the gloves as a risk to properly hold on to the dish. In cases where laboratories do not wear gloves, they have a very strict and approved hand washing protocol before handling dishes to prevent any possible contamination. Hi, Implantation takes place around 7 or 8 days after fertilisation. If you transfer a day 5 blastocyst, implantation should take place about 2-3 days later.

Hi, There will be differences between patients, but yes, you can use EmbryoGlue very successfully with frozen blastocysts and implantation should take place 2-3 days after transfer
