The shuffle feel and slightly shorter length make Broccoli my preferred Oversleeve of choice at the moment. As mentioned Dragon Shield is a lot more accessible and cheaper in comparison however. Each sleeve comes with their own pros and cons, but in the end I would recommend either of them. I think they're both great!
If I were to remove something for Biscottis, do you think I should play 3 Biscottis and 1 of the Ride Grade 2 or drop the 1 Ride Grade 2 and just play 4 Biscottis?
I don't own the deck sorry, only profile things I play. I'd recommend checking out the Dexander and VG Paradox websites to see if there are any decklists that could help you out.
It's the generics mainly, the Rezael core isn't too bad but multiple generics like Biscotti, Teithfallt and Cerrgaon is ridiculous. They need to be made waaay more accessible than they are right now.
It took a while but Rezael has finally arrived to the channel! 🥳 I'll update the deck again after Set 4 releases and I've tested some other cards out. At 6:42 I meant to say "placed on guardian or discarded for the ride deck" for the draw effect of Biscotti, apologies for misspeaking there.
Currently in my local store we have this same problem to a FUCKING T! Worst is we can't ask for a refund because it was a case break that the community paid their share for. Glad to hear you've gotten your cards eventually but man Bushi and distributors are shit at this.
Sorry to hear that bud, I don't know what's been going on but the distribution side of things has been handled beyond poorly since DivineZ rolled out. There's been 2 other shops both in person and online that some friends used which seem to have been hit by the delays as well so it's been an absolute shit show trying to get any sort of product in recently. I'm good for a while now fortunately since future sets just have small pick ups that I need for other decks, which to be fair I could do with the break after the Set 1 dilemma 😅
I'm glad you and your friends were able to get your refund. Looking forward to the future deck profile! I'm currently playing the Fated One of Time hybrid build. Cerrgaon is a struggle though. Luckily I have my playset, but I ordered three more for my MLB deck and it was not cheap. :')
Yeah we're glad to be moving on from it now and actually start playing DivineZ properly now with new cards and decks. Aye Cerrgaon do be a pricey boi but it's well worth it.
We're almost there, but even in it's incomplete state Rezael has been the most enjoyable deck I've played in the D Series era so far. Here's hoping the final 2 Cerrgaons arrive safely 🙏 Next up will most likely be a deck profile for Rezael as soon as it's finished and when I've settled on a build.
Hi Guardian, correct me if I am wrong, regarding on Dacquiose skill. When Solairon skill calls a rear guard, does Dacquiose skill need to CB to get the second line of her skill (plus 5k)?
Yes, Dacquiose needs to activate her CB1 to get the draw and then if the called unit was by Solrairon's skill, then it will get the +5k. It's all part of the same skill 👍
Interesting list, I personally run the Alden rideline g1 and g2 in the ride deck due to finding them more helpful, along with giving me access to Spiral Cutie Angel as a card in the list. I do also run 4 copies of Eliron in the main deck due to finding her still being rather useful (I do also run 2 Stogron along with 4 Lectures in the main deck, finding counter charge extremely useful, but Stogron not as useful)
That's fair, the extra soul can help with more Soul Blasting effects which can worth while. Yeah making sure to have a way to stack the deck is really helpful, it's why I like the Grade 1 Harvestein since he provides the ability to recycle and stack something of value on top which is so nice for setting up the turn. Lectures is an insane piece of support for the deck, yeah the 2 extra Stogron is just so have more access to Counter Charge as well as being able to move himself off the field to make way for the multi-attack too.
Yeah I do think people are going to completely overlook the deck due to first impressions unfortunately. It might not be top of the meta, but it still feels good to play with at a base level due to the quality of the support it received from DZ Set 2. I've been having a lot of fun with it.
Yeah we were thinking the same thing, but apparently they didn't even have an ETA for that either so what we were experiencing could of happened with the 2nd printing also. In the end we decided to just get a refund and use that money to get the singles of the main things we wanted basically. Shame, but it is what it is.
Really fun and budget too since 90% of the cards specifically support Solrairon, so there isn't a massive need for generics which is a nice change for a Keter deck to have.
I've been playing this deck a lot recently, the DivineZ Set 2 support it got is crazy good. What have you all been playing in DivineZ recently or is there something you're hoping for in the future?
Yeah it just feels bad when you can't update your decks, constantly feeling behind and missing out on all of the cool new stuff. It is what it is at the end of the day. The playmat I bought from a friend who got it at an event, it was custom made. I asked if I could buy it off them when they didn't want it anymore because it had MLB on it 😆
@@GuardianCircleCFV cheer up, eventually the new support will arrive and you'll have a blast! ^^ U thinking abaou going to BCS this year? Omg, so lucky! That custom playmat is beautiful, I'd love to have one like it (rolf, he sold it just becuase of MLB? He's iconic in vanguard!)
Yeah it'll all be sorted out eventually in the near future with any luck. We're considering BCS, not sure at the moment though. Oh no, I meant it as in they know MLB is one of my favourite units and were ok with selling it to me if they decided too at any point :)
@@GuardianCircleCFV sometimes boosters get delayed over here too, but cardmarket helped me get singles for the decks I needed, maybe it would serve you well too :) ohhhh, got it got it. Still, whoever did the art for the playmat had a GREAT ideia. Feels like MLB, Thegrea and Gurguit are gathered at a round table, which might be a reference to the card "Form up, O Chosen Knights", which itself is reference to the Knights of King Arthur.
We too are also having delay issues with Divinez Set 2 here in the Philippines. Fescolle 2024 about to release in 6 days & we still haven't gotten are cases. And the ironic thing about this is Bushiroad Global is in Singapore & EN cards are allegedly produced in Malaysia, all 3 countries of which is close to each other. BTW: Where can I get me that Thegrea play mat?
Now that's interesting, I don't know what's been going on from their end of things but DivineZ has started off terribly with product distribution in some areas more than others. We had no issues before DivineZ, but since it started it's been a delay nightmare. We're hoping it was this UK distributor that was at fault and the EU one will improve things. I bought the playmat from a friend who got it at an event, it was custom made I believe. I said if they ever decided to get rid of it to sell it to me because it had MLB on it 😆
@@GuardianCircleCFV No issues before DivineZ is a bit of a stretch. There were a few sets in Overdress which were delayed for around 2-3 weeks. Granted, one of them was released during holiday season (set 7 iirc). Delays really ruin the hype and impact our meta significantly.
These ongoing issues are honestly why I've picked up a different hobby to spend my time on. I've jumped. I'm just left on the fringe now. If stuff is late I don't care anymore. I'm no longer in a rush to get anything.
We've been playing alot of MTG Commander to pass the time which helped, then when the fatigue for that kicked in I played some old school Yugioh with a few friends. Always handy to have some other hobbies that you can dip into if another one ends up in a messy situation.
@@GuardianCircleCFV I've picked up those new Hasbro spinning tops. (Beyblade X, we don't speak of Burst) And started diving into the data side of the game, aswell as working with two LGS to start up local events. (One Independent, One Franchise) It's actually got WPN support coming into play from September so trying to network to build up a scene across two neighbouring cities.
The case delays have been a nightmare, its bad enough if your shop is late on acquiring product but putting down a large amount of money on a pre-order for a case then not receiving that case in 2 months heavily discentivises you from participating in the local scene. You can't really buy the cards you're missing so you dont fall behind since you've already paid for a cases worth of product so realistically all you can do is wait for the seller/supplier to contact you with updates or get a full refund. Hopefully we see less supply issues going forward because this is not acceptable by any means and continued issues like this will absolutely reduce the playerbase for an otherwise amazing era of Vanguard.
Couldn't agree more, I'm pretty much sticking with the decks I've got (like I have a choice), but I can only play them for so long before wanting to play something else. The fact that stock has been this difficult for a businesses to acquire is ridiculous and Bushiroad really need to be setting their standards higher for their product distribution. Problems like this can lead to players becoming disincentivised to even play the game simply because they can't get the new cards to upgrade or build new decks in confidence. It's not a good look to have. Yeah I hope issues like this can be addressed since I don't want to be missing out on more of this era due to a lack of competence outside of my control. It just sucks.
Man, that is absolutely horrible! I’m sorry about all the delays you guys have been having to deal with. 20 individual boxes does not make up for the lack of the case you ordered. :/ Hope all goes well and you guys can get your cards and staples soon.
At the rate things have been going Set 3 might be the hype period for me personally since Ezel and Vermillion get new support which will be cool atleast.
@@GuardianCircleCFV very real and understandable. I’ve been playing Ezel a little more recently and it’s such a well rounded deck that just needs the ability to push a little more. Hopefully we can get Platina in the near future.
ETA stands for 'Estimated Time of Arrival' for those that are not aware. I would hate to think that me and my friends are the only ones experiencing this, but I would also hate the idea that others are also experiencing this as well. Sad situation overall. Hoping this all gets resolved soon. In the meantime look forward to a potential new deck profile for the channel with Solrairon and his new DZ-BT02 support!
Does the BB The Vanguard skill active during the opponent turn? It didn't stated active during the opponent turn so it should just permanent 15k. Yes you might argue that the skill is cont on soul but i don't think it active during opponent turn. Give me your thoughts 😅
Once you Ride MLB, Blaster Blade the Vanguard will be in soul and the continuous skill will now be active at all times as long as the conditions are met, which are; Blaster Blade the Vanguard is in the soul and your vanguard is a grade 3 Majesty Lord Blaster. cardfight.fandom.com/wiki/Card_Mechanics - Continuous Ability: Continuous abilities are abilities that take effect as long as the card is in the specified zone(s) and all the conditions are met. If no zones are listed, then the ability is active from all zones.
@@GuardianCircleCFV so regardless during the opponent turn MLB original power become 18k as long BB The Vanguard is in the soul right? Then if MLB got BB and BD in the soul it became 20k right?
Cerrgaon wasn't released in English at the time of making the deck or video, it's a definately a good card but we would always have to make sure that we have more rearguards than the opponent since the deck isn't playing Orders and it doesn't really build a decently optimised field that well so I can't see Cerrgaon working out. Worth testing out though.
After testing alot I personally don't think dragritter that much. I personally think you should run the narukami cards over generic cards. They get 5k from vermilion. Also death scythe and the other grade 1 really help with board removal to proc the order 5 if they have too much for vermilion to remove and if the board is empty thry draw and sould charge for you.
nice profile. Curious though most decks i see dont always run dragonic deathscythe.....is that just an unpopular card for the deck cause its a decent beater
Deathscythe is a decent beat stick for the early game but I stopped playing it since other cards just felt more important to play. The Grade 1's in the deck can provide a good turn 1 and 2 early game rush with Staticrack and Phoenix, also Thunderstorm Dragoon can help rush being 15k on place and providing Soul which the deck needs for Phoenix and Lateefa.
That's fair. I also tried the new g2 from dz 1. When it attacks eblast 4 and bind an opponents rear guard. But I decided the other cards were more worth it.
As a Maelstrom player I hope that they can print some tear dragon cards that can support to both flagburg or Maelstrom just like battle siren Eleftheria in DZ booster set 2 or few encounter support for Maelstrom in DZ booster set 3 since the main and simple problem for Maelstrom deck is due to low resources such as soul verity and cost of cards in the damage zone, Power boost and multi attack
Definately prefer draws, they help dig for pieces which this build has alot of important ones to find: Phoenix, Hammer Dragon, Staticrack, Persona Rides. The draws also help to mitigate the discard cost of Vermillion's 2nd skill to deal a damage kind of acting like a sudo-Crit in a way.
