Hello, and thank you for the webinar. I’m curious, why do you characterize TM as a “program” that doesn’t own recruiting and/or performance management (as opposed to being the function within HR that owns everything associated with acquisition, development and retention) 25:18?
Thank you so much for this video. I am very curious about some external assessment examples you may have seen. Is it something that can be done internally? If so, what resources will be necessary to do it internally?
Is this only meant to be taken by TD professionals? Can we administer this assessment to the management team (all departments) as a part of needs analysis?
