I would definitely say a head strap is the way forward. I've only got quality footage running holding a 360 camera because it is easy to reframe and lock on directionally. I have done races with the chest strap on, but the left to right motion messes things up.
Hi, Thank you for your question :) The main reason is because this short is an excerpt from the main video which is a script from Chat GPT :) Otherwise, I personally shoot manual mode IF I use HSS. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Fixsf83UV1g.htmlsi=oy8ycTJkF5aHTbAy
Hi. This is my brother in law’s tent and he has not tried. But I would prefer a conventional tent with rods of aluminum in rough weather. I guess this one will bend a lot.
Great detailed video! Two things you should have done, 1, link all the gear used, measurements like of the two rods, matte box size etc & 2 turn down background music abit 😅. But I appreciate you for sharing your knowledge
Hi, I don`t know much about the A6700. But I am almost shure that you will get a little more blurry backgrounds with the full-frame A7III on equivalent focal lengths. But the A6700 is a newer camera with 4K 120 and 10 bit color. Both are good choices. Maybe you can upgrade to full-frame next time you`re buying?
I am a thinker myself when it comes to investments like this. I have realized that I will never be 100% satisfied. But when you have made a decision and used the camera for a while, you will probably forget all the details you read about before buying it. I have the FX3 which I had super high expectations of. But I still use the A7III MORE. The files are smaller and the image quality is great 🙂
Oh man. I almost didn't click on this channel, but the title got me. "Tent." Fantastic production quality you got going on. Film quality stuff. I just went through a couple of you're vids on the channel. The one with you're wife hiking through the mountains (Mountains) was beautifully done. A real love letter of sorts. Very nice stuff. I'm quite surprised you don't have more views. But they may still come.
Thank you so much :) I don`t think my videos are that fantastic myself, but it`s fun experimenting and play. Showing love is not wrong. Have a nice day :)
Thank you for reply :) It probably seems worse than it is in the wind. Panic often takes place when you`re not comfortable with what you`re doing, so more landing training must be done :D
Hei. Takk 🙂 Jeg har brukt teltet over tregrensen om sommeren. Jeg mener det skal gå fint om vår og høst også. Det eneste som er dumt, er at skjørtet nederst er litt kort. Slik at innerteltet stikker ut. Regner det sidelengs kan det bli litt vått. I motsetning til flere skandinaviske telt som har ytterduk helt ned til bakken. Ellers et flott telt 🙂🏔️
Thank you. That`s very nice :) I guess there are so many RU-vid channels that they drown in eachother. Besides that I am still an amateur and must work a lot more to deserve more viewers. Have a nice weekend.
@@KristianRoald thanks man, I have subscribed to your channel. Will try to spread the word about your work too. Keep working hard. You have my support ☺️
Man why so much BS pointing the camera most of the time at you and not the slider . You should not make any videoed unless you learn how plus you talk too much BS
No, sorry. I have found out even though this is a very helpful tool, there are few occasions where I actually bring it with me. The slider definately lifts the shots for product videos and interviews. So I need it. But I want to use as little money as possible on extra equipment. The app works just fine :)
I agree that the material quality can be better. We have to be gentle when taking the flash on and off :) For everyday use, I would check out Profoto or similar.
@@KristianRoald I’m a freelancer too for 18 years based in Singapore :) I used before both Godox and Profoto, when you get a chance to use Profoto you will never go back 😁🤝🏻
That`s exactly what I believe :D The cost of being a gear head is too high already, but there must be something to look forward to in the future.@@tanwk123
Cool. I have the same backpack and I was thinking of getting that same clip for my camera. Are you still using it? And you’re right, those backpacks were made for the Army, Cavalry Recon to be specific (Kavaleriets Oppklaring). I had an earlier model when I was serving, but today I think they’re using them in many other parts of Forsvaret as well :)
It's a heavy backpack, but it feels SO solid. If the contents are not too delicate, you may throw the thing to the ground any time. It's a robust thing :) A lot better than the "Ludvig" we had back in the days. Yes, I use the clip on every hike. It's great for freeing up your hands when you need both of them. But wen walking, I normally keep a hand on the lens, since it's bumping back and forth a little. Depending on the lens size of course.
This was really worth watching, perfectly executed review Kristian! I couldn't find any other videos out there that highlighted these significant differences, you nailed it!
I too am a father , husband and I work a full time job away from home. I understand the struggles. I want it to be more than a hobby for me but, it's difficult for me to put out as much as I want to. Most of my videos are in a corner of my bedroom . It's a tight space . The setting up and breaking down takes a lot . I wish I had a space where I could set it and forget it. Until the next shoot . Also editing can be tough and time consuming. I feel your pain and as a small channel myself I support you.
Hi :) My kids are older now and finally I can do video and photo for clients as a side job. Pretty often, I think to myself why I bother doing RU-vid. But then I tell myself to don't chase subscribers, and just have fun. Practice. And we are learning along the way. I subscribed to your channel, and maybe one day we don't regret doing this from a corner in the house :) Loved the short film from the morning. Have a nice week!
@KristianRoald thanks a lot for subbing and watching. I can't wait until I can do this full time in a bigger space. I do it for my kids. Mine are pretty young. The weekend is the only time I have with them so it's hard to pull away to shoot .
Hei 🙂 Ja.
