What a fantastic, informative lecture! The examples of class activities were great, such as the trip to the vet and the activity where children made their own plans and followed through in creating something. Gave me a lot of ideas on how I can rethink "play" and what kind of ways play based learning can be implemented to enrich a child's environment!
For the future trip destination, i suggest you to choose Bunaken (white sand ecosystem) - Lembeh (black sand ecosystem) Marine Parks in my hometown, because it harbours one of the highest levels of marine biodiversity in the world. I am a marine life enthusiast and i think this really will help students to learn and experience more about marine ecology. Apart from that i think this is one of the coolest field trips in JCUS :) I wish i had taken this subject before.
@linchinchin2007 Hi, sorry for the late reply. I am afraid we do not have any Burmese lecturer on campus. Majority of our lecturers are from Australia. Thanks!
Very interesting, I'm a dilitante and found this easy, vernacular style very enjoyable. Sad that it only has 44 viewings at the time of finding in jan 2011 though.
