This channels main focus is going to be on grassroots level drifting & driver skill improvement. That’s the part of drifting I personally enjoy. I will be participating in low level competitions from time to time. Also traveling to new events across different states and meeting new people. When my wallet & responsibilities as a father/husband allow me to lol.
Another focus of the channel is obviously improving & maintaining a drift car. Im not a big power guy myself. But I respect all cars. But My main focus is reliability. Because reliability = seat time.

There's hella videos on RU-vid about this swap. I just ordered C6 Z51/Z06 slotted rotors. They bolt right up to the C5. I also ordered 4( rear piston calipers)for all 4 corners. Bolt right up. No cutting necessary! And it works with 17 inch wheels. There you go, big brake kit.... Less than 700bucks
Just bought my first car, 05 g35X, started with a o2 problem, then misfire, turned out oil was leaking not only out the valve covers but also into my Sparks :( replaced valve covers sparks and coils, Start it back up Camshaft position sensor and Loud noise of something rattling I was sure I dropped something into my intake so I got it towed to a shop, shop calls me back, now there’s no compression in 1,3, or 5. New engine needed and now idk what to do. Had the car for maybe 2 Months and it sat for 1 🤦♂️. Big L.
I am trying to convert my 2002 S10 Blazer extreme to 5 x114.3 will this conversion work on my Blazer ? I really dislike the 5x120 bolt pattern bc the options are limited for wheel selection. Please get back to me thank you
Decent video, I learned a lot. This process has been streamlined a lot since people first started doing it when these engines first hit the market. Really nice to see the nissan transmissions becoming popular swaps because they are really decent for these types of applications. I used to have a high powered built and boosted Toyota 86 and doing the CD009 trans swap made all the difference. I'm looking to do an older japanese coupe with a 5.3 or 6.0, and your setup is very inspiring. Thanks for making this video and reading my long ass comment hahahahaha
Anyone know if there's a kit for a c6 😢 I'm contemplating on getting the redrill kit but not sure if it'll kill the strength on the hubs since I'm 800hp with 20s 😭
@@johnleedom5606 yeah, none of my Corvette drift buddies have had any problems and it's probably low chance of failure but even a 1 in 1000 chance of high speed wheel stud failure is enough to take into consideration for some people
This was exactly what i was looking for, I have multiple sets of rims laying around but nothing in a 5x120. I don't know about the spacers though. Probably just make a set myself, the wait will kill me, trying to get this done asap.
This is the cleanest ls swap I have seen yet this is amazing I am considering doing a ls swap on my 1984 z31 and I will definitely follow this pattern nice work keep it up
Thanks for the heads up I got a 67 Camaro I’m throwing c5 brakes on and was going to Drill everything so I can run some te37v but this will be much easier 👍
