Yes true what ever he is saying is correct builder is also showing marina bay sands and saying it will be a replica however because its a residential project the elevation will have balconys rest copy of marina
I have seen many time marina and I can tell if someone try to copy in India builder will fail miserably and end users will loose allnits money if buy it.😅

Sohna of farrukhnagar me project bna dhe h or name gurgaon ka..1200 sqft -1.25 cr. Koi bewakoof hi lega ab..upar se maintanence will be too high...log load ki EMI denge ya maintanence charges
You are absolutely right about the prices, for such small houses , hardly 1300 carpet, the pricing is too high, not justified , If you want a big house the minimum starts from 5 cr, even for a basic decent 3bhk size the pricing is 4 cr, not everyone has that budget. But due to loading the sizes are really small. You are wrong there that people want small sizes , who doesn’t want a big size. But here in Gurgaon even the prices of small sizes are sky rocketing, people have no option but to settle for small sizes of deen Dayal housing .

The right price is 480 times the monthly rent (excluding maintenance) to earn a meager 2.5% on your investment. Anything more is not a viable investment. Simple as that. Last year I bought a property at 385 times the going monthly rent

Yamuna expressway me bhi is tarah ka bubble bana hua hai so called international airport and film city ke Karan jo bahut jaldi fategaa.Yamuna expressway ko sahi se develop hone me 10-15 saal lagenge lekin waha ka price 1-2 crore abhi chal raha hai which is not realistic

Kuch short term investors ne kuch brokers ke kehne par new launches me invest to kar diya but now they are struggling to sell it out specially in Godrej Aristocat and Emaar Urban Oasis type projects. They are ready to sell at 2000/- premium only. I think end-users ko resale ke options explore karne chahiye ..
